There are two parts to this service. First, there is the labor arm of the service. They did a good job. They kept to their obligations, and they handled the work as expected. The second part of the service is the business side of things. The real complication is the lack of transparency. You give them the financial materials and they continuously charge your card without refunding previous charges. They havent even given me an invoice for the work done on the property, which was an integral part of the process.My story is simple. I had already cleaned most of my house, and asked for one hour of work. They told me I was requesting two services, and so they would need to charge me a 100 deposit, which included 50 dollars for each service. I agreed.They sent over four people, as per the agreement and agreed they would do just one hour of work. They left at the end of that hour and the work was good. I had the carpet cleaner come in and we discussed the project, and again, he did a good job. Again, their labor is good.In the end though, they then charged me for the full service ignoring the deposit I paid. Ive followed multiple routes to contact them, and they are ignoring me. I should clarify, Im open to editing this review, but I would need to be able to get an itemized invoice as previously discussed and have the deposit refunded or the total value of the charges reflect the labor done on the property. My next step is to go through my credit card and dispute the charges given the fact that all attempts to contact them have been met with silence.

Move out and carpet cleaning services were great. They did a deep cleaning and we’re totally satisfied with the results.
