Our box trailer damaged on highway very late at night. Roadside assistance was not helping. Googled N & S and called for assistance. Andy was so helpful and kind. He went to locate it and hauled it to his shop at 2am. He alleviated stress because my husband had an early morning interview. He proceeded to secure and haul it 140 miles to my home the next day even though he had worked all night. He stayed in constant contact. I am so grateful for him and his awesome boss, Casey who worked all angles to help me research and answered my questions. We had a very hard month and Casey even followed up to ensure we were satisfied and to say he hoped things got better for us. Cant find this type of service anymore. My car broke down on the side of the interstate 20 miles from home late at night and Andy came to the rescue! He was polite, helpful and prompt as well as keeping me informed on my wait time and verify my location and that I was safe. I highly recommend him and will use his service again in the future should the need arise! Thanks Andy!

Andy came and towed our van without me even having to be there. He was very helpful and polite as well as personable. He quoted me $25 cheaper than his competitors and was able to get there faster. I will not use any other towing service than N and S Towing from now on :)

Horrible experience and awful customer service. Needed my car towed, so I called this place since it was nearby where I was stranded. When the guy answered, l got a “hello..?” And I was questioning whether or not I had even called a business. So I asked if it was a towing company and they said “yeah” and that was it. I said “ok well how much would you charge to tow my car from Point A to Point B” and he sat there silently for a minute and asked me to repeat myself at least 3 times, with multiple quiet, awkward pauses. Finally he understood what I was asking (a simple question, really) and he was very rude about the answer he gave me. He said I had an “odd request” which is VERY unprofessional considering you are a towing company, I don’t see how it’s “odd” that I asked you to tow my car somewhere. “Just telling the honest truth ma’am” is what I got back as a response.Overall a very weird and undesirable phone experience. I definitely do not recommend calling this place to have your car towed, because they’ll probably treat you like an oddball. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Locked the keys in the van at Caseys gas station. Called them up and the tech was there in less than 15 minutes. My dog was in the van so it was super important to unlock the van ASAP! He only took cash because it is the weekend but thats fine considering the price and the short wait time! Thank you!

N&S Towing and Andy were very helpful with a tow service!! Andy went above and beyond by unloading my car in a convenient place to be worked on. He was extremely pleasant and friendly!!!

He quoted me 59$ cheaper, he was the only person to answer the phone out of 5 other companies I called, he was by far the most professional sounding over the phone. The driver arrived quickly and right at the time he said he would be there, and their trucks are very clean and well maintained which gives me peice of mind that my vehicle will arrive to its destination without any problems.

Great customer service. First tow truck company who has arrived w/in 30 mins or less for a flat tire or locking keys in car. Very professional!

I have broken down twice now and had to be towed and N & S towing was the company I used both times. Andy was awesome at towing me. He even remembered me from my last tow.
