Had our suv transmission done at Mikes. It took six weeks and cost $600 more than expected. While still under warranty the check engine light came on and it showed that the solenoid pack was bad. Had it towed to Mikes and was told that he would see when he could get to it that it could be a week or a month before he could check it out and that it probably was not warranty relatedWe took it to another transmission shop and will have it back in three days

He could have done whatever service he wanted, but instead told us that nothing was needed, even pulled the pan, checked the fluid and still didn’t charge us.
