Completely unprofessional company if you decide to hire this company.. i hope you have some legal knowledge and double check them for your own peace of mind... as they will ignore obvious legal issues in the name of commission and leave the wake of their destruction for others to clean up... following up to the below review where they claim they have no responsibility for their clients listing that brought unnecessary legal fees and drama to the neighbors front door... all of this could have been easily and amicably resolved had the realtor once she listed the property (and was told on same day there was a discrepancy... ) done her job and used the lawyers she should have access to as a realtor .. to investigate said discrepancy and assisted in conformation or denial of said arguments... instead she got the warning from the neighbor of the listing being incorrect.. and that she had no right to list neighboring properties well for sale with said listing.. at that moment you ghosted her and continued to advertise her well for sale with out permission... commissions are on the line right let the neighbor bear the brunt of your legal responsibility to find out when you were notified that the well was not available to the next buyer and or for sale at all related to this realtors listing...after being treated so insignificantly about her property said neighbor was forced to hire a lawyer to force your company to stop advertising her well for sale with the adjoining properties listing.. your company is completely in the wrong ethically.. morally... legally.. and your victim blaming reply shows what character your company maintains... low moral and ethics... disrupt or destroy peoples lives in the name of that extremely low commission (property is listed for $40,000) 10 thumbs down... save yourself the pain and suffering this company with bring you!

I wish I could give 0 stars. My neighbor was selling her property claiming that MY WATER WELL went alongwith her property. Michelle Doughten the realtor my neighbor used listed it as having water, I immediately texted her when property was listed and told her that there was to be no water and she said that she had a paper that she hasnt even looked at that the seller said was legit. I told her NO ITS MY WELL and I have all the proff you need. This is the last I heard from her and I had to pay 1,000 dollars for a lawyer. Just to prove that it was 100% my well all along. Those papers Michelle didnt look at were, outdated and illegal. So I would NEVER EVER do business with her as I know and she knows what she did was not morally right and I should have never had to come up 1,000 when I shouldnt have had to. Once again I wish I could give her 0 stars. Feel free to contact me for any more info or to reimburse me my lawyer fees.
