I arranged for 4 truck loads of freight to be delivered to this company. One of the 4 loads had some damage. They did not notice the damage until several weeks later. At that point the trucks insurance understandably turned down the claim. Now they will not pay any of the charges. $15,950 worth. As a small one man company, this significantly hurts us. They do not return e mails or phone calls. Very poor communication and zero integrity. I gave them 1 star because 0 was not an option.

We have had an excellent relationship with Eagle powder coating. They are fast friendly and have been exceptionally helpful at every step of the way. Diane has particularly been a pleasure to work with, I would hire her in a minute.
