Creature Control is an great company from the top down. From my first experience talking to customer service/scheduling an appointment they were extremely professional and helpful.Chris Moore and the bat eviction crew did a very thorough job evicting bats from our attic. Chris made several trips out to our house as there were several obscure locations bats were entering/exiting. They stuck true to their bat free guarantee even when it cost them several trips out to our house.Jesse Sutton and the restoration crew did a great job cleaning up the attic. Jesse gave us a very thorough quote and was extremely flexible and understanding as out timeline was constantly changing.I highly recommend Creature Control. Everything about this business gets a 5 star rating.

If I could give more than five stars I definitely would. I could not be more pleased with how Dan and Chris went above and beyond to help me with my critter problem. Just when I was ready to give up these guys showed up & showed out!! They were both very professional, prompt, & informative, which made me not feel so stressed about the situation. So lucky I went with this company. I definitely would recommend Creature Control to everyone, you wont be sorry!!!

We called on a Sat and an appointment was suggested but we had Hornets right above our entry to our house and could not wait for Monday! The emergency service was talked about and we agreed, whats it worth to be able to enter your house? After Trevor got here he took care of business and the total charge was less than mentioned. We will be contacting them for the quarterly pest control service.

Would not come out to provide an estimate without committing to 149.00 upfront charge. No bait and switch just got told no ticket no washey!

I just moved to the Jackson area recently and had recurring problems with mice and box elders at my farm house. Ive dealt with a few different service technicians from Creature Control and always had a good experience. Prices are comparable, if not a little better, than the other companies I called. Scheduling was prompt and the treatments were successful. Would definitely recommend.
