I love science both social and mathematical. But when form is sought over function, it is impossible to have a successful manufacturing element. Where would I start to make corrections? The HR specialist has a problem understanding married men are not at her disposal when she needs favors done at her home. When called and asked to speak on the matter she ignores the conversation like a real home wrecker. From my understanding it would only take one more complaint about her behavior before she’s out of a job since she’s already on a level three infraction for the same issues with other employees.

This company has no business making any money they use there workers 7 days a week on mandatory 12 hours in the week and 10 on weekends. I never see my husband. They do no maintenance on any machine at any day of the week. Osha has come to company. Do to injury but walked off giving them fine and still no change. So they do not care either so dont bother. The only way i know my husband is ok and alive is he calls me on breaks. They are from japan and can not speak englis and most of all care about none of the workers thermy want you to work there 9 day week they go by in japan i hope someone sees this that can help with how to get a change done.

The job is easy within it self long hours. The training is awful literally on the second day I was left by myself and told to figure it out. I was constantly told my paper work was wrong when there was zero training in this area. They are constantly hiring. Food for thought: Everyone was once new and therefore training is important. They stress they need workers but when you get good employees train them correctly.

I worked here for a year & three months decided to put my two weeks in to further my career elsewhere . Nothing about the job is hard and everything is learnable. Great job opportunity for someone starting out.However I can say unless you move up there’s not really a career here.It’s ALOT of hours and you can definitely count the weekends in.

A warning to anyone who previously worked here. The break bell does not signal you to go back to your stations. Was fired for being 5min late on my first day.

As an employee at this facility, I am proud to say that I am a part of this family. Although I am still earning my keep, at 28 years old with lots of various experience in positions of all kinds, I have never ever been happier with a place I have been employed. The environment is professional, no one generally causes any issues for other employees and all arising conflicts are handled swiftly and efficiently. The supervisors and leads are very nice to work with and everyone is helpful as far as Ive seen. It is the most professional and well-ran facility Ive had the pleasure of working for in my entire career and that is saying a lot! I hope to continue to be a part of this business as it grows and expands in 2018. Building additions are being made and many jobs are expected to come available when construction is completed. I am proud to work here and thankful for the opportunity to serve the purpose of such a great team and business!

Very unprofessional and unorganized and unsafe worst place Ive ever worked . There was a bad accident there. Operator was running unsafe which caused a accident I saved a man life because of his actions and I got fired for it.

I usually leave good reviews for places but not this time. This place may be good for some but Id advise against it bc it was horrible for me and is for many that are still there. Ive been treated better & made more money! Hopefully they are working on training new employees better, bc they pretty much just put you right to work. If you need something temporary, go for it! Longterm... Go elsewhere! Ive seen so many ppl mistreated, then fired. Ppl that should have been fired, usually get promoted. I thank God I got out and found a work family that actually stands behind everything they speak, to the best of their ability. If they can get management on one accord & give some leadership classes, ANND a few raises it MIGHT be a okay place to work at. The work is not that hard! Oh & they pay every 2 weeks smh. Im sure my review will eventually get deleted but hopefully this will help someone before it gets deleted!
