When it runs, it’s good. But several times in the last week, the Internet has gone out, the screen saying the Internet is connected but something’s wrong. When I called, the response was basically, “You’re connected,” implying it wasn’t their fault. It sure is!

Yes reasonable prices but rude when you call in to let them know internet is out as they told me to do! Not once but 3 in one week(any time it rains basically here lately). Understand things happen but I’ll pay double not to be talked to like I have been this week!

This is literally the worst internet provider ever. In the past 5 MINUTES, my internet has completely shut off 3 times. If anyone reads this review, take my advice and never, and I mean NEVER, chose this internet provider unless it is literally the only one in the area. I don’t have the words to express how horrific this company is. I feel that it is in everyone’s best interest to take my advice seriously, and never chose American Wireless.

Unreliable, constantly resets/drops. If I had any other option where I live I would switch.
