I had Phil from Gutter Genius replace my gutters and downspouts about 4 years ago. I was not having any issues except for one of my downspouts would not stay attached and since they were old and rusty, I decided to go ahead and replace them all. After 2 years, apparently one of the gutters became unattached from the house causing flooding in my basement. I did manage to get him to come out and fix it, claiming it was rotted wood underneath, which he should have fixed initially, but he charged me the same amount of the initial cost! NOW, 2 years later more issues! And his work number is disconnected, imagine that, and does not return messages left on cell. One of my downspouts was not correctly aligned causing it to get plugged with debris causing water to leak. I don’t know if this guy is still in business, but if he is, DO NOT HIRE HIM!!! He is shady and does terrible work!

1. Refused to fix screw up after his worked leaked in several spots after the first rain after installation.2. Taken to small claims for cost to repair his work. Lied in court saying he had never been to the address.3. He was evicted out of the business address 3. that he is advertising with.Put on your DO NOT HIRE! list.

Got an estimate from Phillip, but when I called back to schedule the work, he did not answer the phone. Left several messages, but no one called me back. Buh-bye.

Phillip said he would come back to finish the job but aftwr numerous phone calls and texts, I never heard from him. Very disappointing.

Has always been prompt and has done a wonderful job for us.
