If I could give them a negative star rating I would. The worst customer service experience I believe to have experienced. To begin they do not return calls even after several voicemail attempts. When you finally get an appt scheduled for your delivery they then wait until 30 min before the end of your appt to call and tell you that their driver is out for the day and it wont be delivered. This is of course after you have waited from 11 to almost 3 in the afternoon, missed work and tried contacting them. At this point the customer service manager has just told me he cannot deliver it at all. Really not enough I can say about this place. Do not use them at all.

I would have given 0 stars to this delivery company. They were supposed to deliver a large item and missed the delivery window. On top of it they closed the POD as delivered. After disputing with with them, they lied through their teeth that they never received the merchandise from the shipper and hence was not able to deliver. They attempt another delivery making me miss work for another 4 hours.

I worked there. They are so fake. They cant get gas from no where but raceway. They credit is so bad they cant go no where else to get gas. Thats bad business.

Customer Service was garbage! Entire staff was unprofessional and rude!

Delivered on time and called me when they were on the way.

Horrible service!! My Delivery was scheduled to arrive between 12-4 with a 30 minutes heads up call. At 3:40 I called them and got a unhelpful man that said they where running late and it would be between 5:00 and 5:30. Now it is 6:16 and NO Deliver, NO communication, NO one to field calls at the office and supply answers.
