We rented a piece of equipment for 2 hours. Brad never reviewed the condition of the equipment with us to make sure that there was no damage, but when we brought it back they said we cut the power cord. It never happened when we only pulled the cord out 6-8” because we had an extension cord right there. Brad told us that they video condition the equipment before it goes out but they don’t pull the electrical cord all the way out to video it. Brad said they have it happen frequently with consumer rentals versus commercial rentals. Can I say scamming consumers!! DO NOT RENT ANYTHING from them unless you examine every piece of the equipment you rent.

If you need to rent construction equipment this is the place to go. Their worker Terry was more than willing to help if you have a problem. Equipment was top-notch and had no problem whatsoever. KUDOS!

They will not rent to out of state companies. Which is terrible because I was willing to give them my business.I dont understand they could have put the cost of the machine on a credit card and refunded it when I returned the unit.I have done many jobs all over the country and this is the first time I have run into this problem!
