I was very pleased with how fast they put the tent up and they came back the next day to pick it up. I would recommend Jackson rental for any services

Horrible customer service!! Reserved a mini-excavator for a weekend project and when I arrived to pick it up, I was told they did not have one. Perplexed, I asked the guy how I reserved it then? He said he did own one but it was down for repairs. No one ever contacted me to let me know this (sort of why they ask for your phone number, right?) and the guy was completely non-apologetic, like it was my fault. So much for all those plans this weekend. Will never rent from here again.

Go without before renting equipment from Jackson Rental Center. Broken, dirty, faulty, tattered, and torn equipment. Had to make an extra trip to get equipment that hadnt been counted properly. When attempting to return equipment on the date specified on the receipt, the store was found closed. A confused and displeased voicemail was returned with a call of dismissal and derisive comments of the store never being open on that day of the week. Would not recommend.

They have any equipment you need to get a job done.Huge selection of rental equipment and party supplies and all the party setup needs

After no one else would rent me a trencher due to the non-existent frost, I was able to get one here and get the job done, worked great.

I used Jackson Rental for items for my wedding and all I have to say is go somewhere else ! We rented a tent, chairs and other miscellaneous items for them. I called a couple days before my wedding to ask about adding chafing dishes and the callers response was call tomorrow, I thought it was rude and unprofessional. So my husband called the next day the person on the phone had an attitude and said changes need to be made three days in advance, all they needed to say is no we can’t accommodate you. They did accommodate us and add the chafing dishes which we appreciated but we could done without the attitude. In the beginning of the ordering process we told them we needed Saturday set up and they said ok, after calling about the chafing dishes we find out it’s all getting delivered on Friday. Not a big deal we will figure it out . Friday delivery comes, ordered says 100 chairs, they dropped off around 80 chairs . We then told them we would just move chairs from wedding to the reception to not bother bringing the rest. Saturday morning we pull the tent out of the bag every tent on their website is white, but not this tent . My tent was green and white stripes . Out of all the issues this is the most frustrating.We told them this was for a wedding when we made the order and they never once mentioned the tent was striped. It looked like a circus tent .We found people to set up the tent for us that have put these tents up before and then found out Saturday morning they gave us the wrong poles.So it was not set up 100 % correct. We still have not received a refund for the chairs we never got. So to avoid headache and tears the morning of your event go somewhere else .

I recently had to make an emergency move an hour and 20 minutes from where I was at. I had very little time or money to prepare for this move. Adam was amazing!! He did everything he could to put me in the best truck for a price I could afford. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Convenient location right off of 127, knowledgeable and pleasant staff, no touch loading and unloading.8-5 M-F and 8-12:00 Saturday.Their construction equipment is well maintained and always in good repair plus they tend to have a lot of niche items that other rental companies do not carry.Super affordable prices and deposits! Cash and credit cards accepted and theyre absolutely no hassle compared to trying to rent something from a big box store!

Jason was very cool. We walked in last minute and he had a truck available for us. He gave us a very fair price and hooked us up with a couple deals. WAY better value and service than U-Haul. He was very polite and helpful. Great experience :) will definitely go here as a first choice next time we need a moving truck!

A tent was rented from this company for my sisters going away party today. It was disgraceful. Beyond filfthy with mildew and mold covering it inside and out. I dont usually leave reviews good, bad, or neutral but this was exceptionally bad and downright embarrassing to be frank.P.s. they didnt set the tent up or tear it down so be prepared to do all the work for whatever price they quote you...ridiculous

Had bad 2 experiences last year. If i can remember it this long ago then it wasnt the best. Maybe might change my mind

We understood how upset you were and we did rectify the situation which was a full refund. Nobody never said we did not want to hear your da** stories, it was said once we were done discussing the situation, trying to expaining that mechanical things break down, but you did not want to hear any of what we were speaking about we would issue the refund. So in that matter we could not come to meet in the middle with the discussion so we gave a full refund in respect of the machine not working as it should have. Once again we appologize for the inconvience of the machine failing to operate for your event. If for any reason you felt as if you were treated poorly we sincerely appologize for that as well!!!! *****Also in regards to Alisha Butterfields review, the company does set up and take down the tents or anything you rent for that matter, if it is requested by the person that made the reservation for the equipment. The company does apologize for the confusion on that part, and for the cleanliness of the tent that was rented. A dirty tent is unacceptable. If this matter was brought to the attention of the company, they would have made it right with the customer, no matter what it took to rectify the situation . The company will work harder to make sure our customers have a great experience renting with Jackson Rental Center!!
