Bought. A product. And. Had a miscommunication on a review. Not a bad review just an inaccurate. One this guy harassed me at work. Wrote a bad review about my company I work for. Not me the company . Who purchased nothing from him. He went on the company website and acted like a customer of the company. . Then sent an e mail to one of my supervisors . After I fixed it for him he. Went on a website and wrote a another bad review again about the company I work for and me . Again I fixed it. He represented himself as a customer of the company of which he has not done business with . Brandon Hill is not entirely stable. And definitely does business in a very deceptive way . It’s what we call deceptive trade practices . I now see why he has 2.1 Rating and his business was so shaky with Amazon. I will be informing them next of his deceptive trade practices .
Do not purchase anything from this company; they will send you a defective product and try to blame the buyers. The package was damaged and the seal was broken. Horrible customer service and they will call you a crook.
I will NEVER order from this seller again. Their customer service was absolutely the rudest people I have ever dealt with. The sound bar came and worked fine, but the subwoofer would not pair. After emailing them and receiving two rude responses, they finally sent me a label to ship it back and have it replaced. Once they received it, I received honestly the rudest email I have ever gotten in my life accusing us of not reading the directions. Who would go through the trouble of sending back an item without following the directions?!I was nothing but kind and understanding in my emails, but their response had me in tears. Had I realized I was ordering from somewhere other than amazon itself I would have never ordered. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from 2ndchancesales. Horrible company with extremely rude customer service. I’m still shaking I’m so upset by their horribly mean email.I have never written a review before, but felt the need to for how rudely I was treated. I can see after reading the responses on here from this seller to other people’s reviews that rude customer service is a regular practice from this company. They clearly try to place blame on each customer instead of taking any ownership or just being kind in general.
Does not stand behind what he sells. descriptions are false and misleading and threatens you when you call him out
I’ve bought a mattress, softball net, and cat litter from 2nd Chance Sales. Everything has been in perfect condition and worth the money.
We purchased a new tent for a party and knew the box would be damaged but were told everything in the box was brand new and intact. It was missing a #8 pole but my cousin was able to duct tape a piece of wood in place of the missing pole since the party was the next day and overnight it collapsed during a rain storm and it was where the piece of wood was placed that damaged it and the seller, 2ndchancesales would not honor it saying it was an act of nature and that all the pieces were included and that we must have lost it. Please be careful with this small family owned business as they stated they did not have the means to refund since they rely on this small business.
BUYER BEWARE! Only buy straight from Amazon. Do not buy from 3rd party sellers like 2ndChanceSales. Case and point. I buy a new radar detector on Amazon for 373.12 $ the Uniden R3. I have the detector for 5 months when it just stops powering on. I contact Amazon to get a sales receipt so I can send to Uniden for the one year warranty. Amazon emails me back saying that I can just get a refund. So now I am happy. Amazon emails 2ndChanceSales and requests a shipping label be sent to me so I can return the radar detector and get my money back. Its at this point that I realized that I am dealing with a 3rd party and not Amazon. Well 2ndChanceSales says no way. Best theyre doing is sending me a receipt to return the defective product to the manufacturer for (a new) one. Which I see from another reviewer 2ndChanceSales is not a reputable dealer and the manufacturer wouldnt honor the warranty because it was purchased from 2ndChanceSales. Bottom line is that they assured me that I am not getting any money that I am well past their 30 day return policy. So Amazon winds up sending me a return label which I printed and packed up the defective unit with everything, took pictures of everything in case they tried to say that I did not return it or left something out cause at this point I see 2ndChanceSales game. In the end I was returned my money from Amazon and 2ndChanceSales has their detector which they will get refurbished and turn around and sell again maybe under a different seller name. Amazon refunded my money even though I was past a certain window because they take care and value their business and customers. 2ndChanceSales is all about 2ndChanceSales and could care less. Amazon refunded the money after waiting for 10 days for 2ndChanceSales to return it after receiving the package from ups. Moral of the story is. If you play ball at someones house you play by their rules or you go home and you dont play. 2ndChanceSales sold through Amazon and still refused to do what Amazon told them to do. From now on I am only buying straight from Amazon. If I had bought from 2ndChanceSales website then 2ndChanceSales could have a say so but when I bought it from Amazon and 2ndChanceSales tells me Amazon doesnt know what is going on. Theres a problem. If something is a few dollars cheaper theres a good reason. If this helps one person then it was worth the 5 minutes it took from my phone to post this review.
2ndChanceSales just made an environmentally friendly decision to use recycled open cell spray foam for all their packing needs. Now thats innovation!
I want to start off by saying I never felt the need to write a negative review about any experience Ive had in dealing with an individual or a company in the past. Dealing with this company was absolutely the worst buying experience Ive had on Ebay in over 15 years. I bought a microwave that was supposed to be a new open box purchase. In less than six months, the unit cease to function. Throughout this process, I was dealing with an extremely unprofessional employee named Brandon. Im giving him the benefit of the doubt that he is an employee because I sure hope an owner or a top level manager would not conduct himself the manner this guy does. I was trying to work out a resolution, either a replacement or a refund. Brandon informed me right out of the gate, they only give a sixty day warranty, dont bother them call a repair company. That started our dialogue off on the wrong foot. A sixty day warranty on an item that was supposed to be brand new? I requested a copy of that warranty which he never produced. Based on the level of defensiveness in Brandons emails, I do not believe they sold me a new microwave. If it was new and turned out defective, any reputable company would work out a resolution with the customer. Even the manufacturer would not honor the one year manufacturers warranty because they did not recognize this company as a legitimate vendor. So they rejected my warranty repair request on what was supposed to be a new unit. To add insult to injury, this guy Brandon began hurling insults throughout our back and fourth communications. He called me a fool, immature, out of touch and more. Completely unprovoked. I could not believe the level of unprofessionalism displayed by Brandon through these messages. I thought about it, but decided against posting the emails because I did not know if it may violate ebays policy. My bottom line was to work out a resolution. His was not, which would have been fine if he didnt stoop to the low level of insulting a customer. So I am writing this not so much for the fact that I was sold a defective product that was supposed to be new, which I highly doubt. I am writing this to express my deep dissatisfaction in how this company handled the situation. There should be no scenario where a vendor should hurl insults at customer. This was completely unprovoked which makes it worst. In any case. I reported them to Ebay who assured me they would be taking action.Edit: If they were going to work something out, they would have worked something out. Maybe I should post the emails. Next stop...The Better Business Bureau.
