The drivers are very helpful. The buses themselves are decent. The routes are clear & the buses are well marked

They make the most out of what they have. Ive seen this company make great strides over time. I think theyre moving on up,like the Jeffersons. Cant be easy keeping busses running over bad streets under outrageous situations. Kudos, to everyone behind the scenes,for keeping Jackson moving.🚌✌

They trying to do better I suppose new buses for the year 2019 some bus drivers can be really rude n well outspoken very unprofessional at times the buses hardly come on time in certain areas you might have to wait at least a hour and a half no joke I will advise anyone that has somewhere to go important to please call a Uber Lyft or a family member or friend until u get a car its good days n bad days tho mostly bad Im just here to be honest

Not reliable. Very VERY UNPROFESSIONAL customer service. I called them to see where a bus was so I could get to my Job for a meeting and the lady simply said “ I can’t get ahold of the driver” THEY JUST SHOW UP FOR A CHECK NOT TO DO THEIR JOBS!!!! If your a working person trying to rely on the Jackson transit system your gambling with being late. Jackson is a crumbling city nothing works right here it’s like no one here takes anything serious and the citizens who are trying be productive suffer while the criminals have the time if their lives.

The system can be reliable when it chooses to be. However, there have been much disappointment. The routes that are temporarily out of service are kind of your major routes.How sad is that?! One would think so.

This foolery here! A classroom of 2nd graders could run this system better than the city and National whatever its name is. The schedule can be confusing to read but whats the point of a schedule if the drivers wont stick to it. Driver attitudes can be horrible - FIX IT PROPERLY! Customer Service line is as unprofessional as a ghetto housing project. No empathy, no customer appreciation - just NOTHING. CALL UBER, get a rental do anything but ride this JANKTRAIN.

Stop over scheduling riders on the handi lift it makes people late for work,appointments or whatever they need the service for. Hire more drivers and get more buses be more productive for the citizens who ride Jatran !!!!

They constantly cut out the presidential hills route. I had to catch the number two bus by westwick to walk all the way to my neighborhood on more than one ocassion. I say we protest!

I live off of Ridgewood rd and the number 1 deliberately hasnt stopped for me on several occasions. Ive called to complain about this dark skin female driver however no one answers the phone.

Bus is not reliable, you have to call to make sure there is a bus available for the scheduled time. If you need to get to work, you maybe S.O.L.

These bus are running late and dont show up on tyme be having u waiting at the bus stop a whole hours before the bus can pick u up.. Jantrain need to get improve better on busses n route..

The service has gotten progressively worse, from being erratic to the bus not coming at all. If you call they just tell you something to get you off the phone. What company doesnt inspect the fleet of buses before installing new fare meters.

Only 1.50 you can travel around Jackson

Bus is not comfortable. Everything I ride your buses my body aches for two or three days.

Customer service is TRASH thats probably why the drivers pass up people standing by or sitting on the bus stop because if u call customer service to report it they know u wont get through.

Im not a big fan of Jackson public transportation system but it gets you where you need to go just start out early and dont be in a hurry
