Fabulous bicycle shop. Equipment was great. Great explanation on how to use equipment. Great advice of where to go and how long it would take depending on how long we wanted to be riding. Highly recommend.

These guys were phenomenal! They went out of their way to ensure that our ride from Jackson to Jenny Lake was perfect. Our bikes were our front and ready to go when we arrived- along with a map and great explanation of the bike routes in Jackson. It was a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely rent from them again!

Owner was very accommodating to a last minute request for E-bikes. Some of our group could not get comfortable with the bikes and the company graciously gave us a refund. I, however, rode up to the Tetons park and had lunch in Moose. The bikes were fast and easy to use. The bike path starts right at the store. It made our stay in Jackson 5 stars.

We had the most amazing day! Seeing places we have previously visited by car on the E-bike made it very special. The bikes were easy to use and such fun!

We bought an Interceptor in Phoenix and almost immediately moved it to rural Wyoming. Probably due to the move, the Pedal Assist was surging in WY. Were not too close to Jackson, but we called and they helped walk us through what to check and tighten. They were extremely friendly and helpful on the phone, and now if we ever need a shop in WY we will be visiting them, for sure! Great customer service!

Had a fantastic experience at Pedego Jackson Hole over the Labor Day weekend. It was my first time on a Pedego bike and wow! What fun. And Michael walked me through all the controls for a problem free ride. The shop is also located right off a major bike path through beautiful scenery. If youre looking to explore Jackson Hole on a bike, there is no better way to do it than on a Pedego e-bike from Pedego Jackson Hole.

Easy. Easy no hassle fun experience!

I rented two Pedego Electric bikes from Michael, and they were great! I have two Specialized E-Bikes, and wanted two more bikes to use with my Brother and Sister In-Law. We rode a total of 30.2 miles, from Jackson hole to Moose, and back. The hills, and the wind tried to defeat us, but the Pedego bikes were absolutely amazing! They had a long battery life, and plenty of power, which was more then we needed. I would recommend this e-bike shop over any other in town. I was extremely satisfied.
