Asking me personal health questions about whether or not Im vaccinated is not a place I will continue to do business. Ive been a loyal customer at Coach Light for nearly 30 years. The drilling I got from the beautician, about her personal opinion of unvaccinated people, was absurd. The store policy to walk into Meijer is no mask if vaccinated. So if Im not wearing a mask, that should be enough for them. To ask me is to accuse me of being dishonest and to try to educate me is offensive. I dont have to answer your inquiry about my vaccination. I would think that was obvious since Im maskless. I dont care about your opinion on the matter. Im there to get my haircut. There are things you should ask and things you shouldnt. Making accusations toward a customer while preparing to take scissors to their head is not a situation Ill allow myself, nor would anyone else, to be put in. I have lodge a complaint with Meijer and the owner. Her behavior was totally unjustified and her accusations were offensive.

They did a good job on my sons haircut, he had no complaints.

My mother & I take my 2 oldest sons to get their hair cut here & we love it! Theyre 5 & 2 years old, theyve always gotten their hair cut with these ladies. They do so well with their hair, make the boys feel safe & happy & even give out toys at the end, which makes the kiddos sit still for 5 minutes, haha. Great place to get your kids hair cut! Especially for the first few times

Ive been going here for quite some time and try to get my hair cut by Robin, shes good at it and takes proper required time to get it done correct. Shes friendly and has a very sweet and unique laugh too. Other staff members are also good natured.

I was happy with my haircut

Waited 35 min. for barber while 2 barbers played on phones. Then one barber went and got a person not in line and put him in the chair. Been going here for 10 years, will not go back.

Claim to do kids haircuts but refused to cut my sons hair because he didn’t sit perfectly still. She straight up said “nope I won’t cut it if he can’t sit still” never had a problem here before but seems nobody wants to do their job!
