I was referred to Trudells. From the moment I called the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I do not live in Jackson but I work there. They gave me a ride to work when I dropped off my car and delivered it to my place of work once it was repaired. Their staff is friendly and curious. They let me know what was going on with my vehicle and what needed to be done. When I was given the price I was pleased at how reasonable they were. I will continue going to then for all my auto needs. Thank you so much!

I have been a customer of this family owned business for over 30 years. They are trustworthy and the service is exceptional. Their hours are actually from 8 am - 5 pm Mon-Fri. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Andy at Trudell went above and beyond. He got my daughters vehicle in and repaired in such a timely fashion. He is a straight shooter and was up front with the issues regarding the vehicle. I give a perfect thumbs up for the work and customer service. I have been there a couple times and they are understanding and work with you.

Ive been saved twice by Trudells Auto Service. The first time I went in with a badly leaking tire only to find out that with a large piece of medal in it it was not repairable. As we were discussing the problem a truck from Regal Tire pulled in for some maintenance. Mr. Trudell called the owner of Regal and arranged to have new tires put on my car. The worker from Regal took my car back. Mr. Trudell drove me back to my job at da Vinci High School. My car was returned to Trudells and I picked it up at the end of my day. Mr. Trudell handled everything, I even paid him for the tires and he paid Regal. Earlier this week I had a nail in my tire. In less than 10 minutes it was removed, repaired, and I was on my way. FANTASTIC service, absolutely wonderful customer service and very fair prices. I highly recommend Trudells Auto Services because he goes WAY out of his way to take care of his customers!
