The mgr. Is a liar. Unprofessional and unknowable staff. The mgr told me they did the kind of repair my auto needed. They broke parts removing old parts and demanded I pay for the new parts stating old part was bad. Its been there 10 days so far for and 8 hours repair. Go at your on risk. Still dont have my auto. Not friendly after he and staff have destroyed your auto. Bad service.

I went in thinking I would have to pay an arm and a leg to get my AC fixed but they found the problem and fixed it the same day (without an appointment) for a very reasonable price. They also helped out with an unrelated problem!! Very nice staff Ill most definitely go back if need be as long as Im in Jackson!

Kevin is a awesome mechanic had work done on my wifes 2005 Equinox twice the alternator and stabilizer bar put on...no problems and hes was quick with service and very reasonable. Will be my main mechanic for other work needed on my vehicles.

I took my Charger in to have the driver side blend door actuator fixed. The ticking noise had drove me insane....OMG... My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner and also they didnt kill me on the price. I highly recommend JDs for your A/C service repairs.
