I contacted Annie Coyle and explained that our truck had been totaled. We had never had to buy a car because of this so we needed guidence..Annie was awesome..she set us up with Shane Griffith the general manager.Shane was great and introduced us to Matt who would be working with us. First of all, I brought my Buick in because the dealership in town that I normally take it to could not get me in for almost a month. I had some suspension issues that made me uncomfortable driving it, and I knew I couldnt wait that long.Art Moehn was able to get me in the same week, they inspected the vehicle and gave me an estimate. I had a pretty bad accident in June and the insurance thought it was a total loss, but decided to do the extensive repairs. Though it was a lengthy process with parts delays and the amount of work, vic and the crew in collision were amazing and communicative the entire process. And more helpful than my insurance in some instances! So friendly, just so nice. Will have my business for new cars, maintenance and repairs!

Finding a vehicle had been difficult for me. I visited 4 dealerships before coming to Art Moehn. I had terrible experiences with the sales staff at all 4 dealerships. Sales people were either not very knowledgeable, or terrible at follow up, or both. That changed for me at Art Moehn. Emily Downs was my salesperson and couldnt have performed any better. She answered all my questions, (either by answering herself, or in cases where she might not know the answer, she immediately found the resource that could answer the question). She presented many vehicle options, worked with me on pricing, etc...and followed up with me on any open questions/issues. This vehicle transaction could not have gone any better for me, and I will certainly be recommending your dealership, and specifically Emily, to anybody I know that is in the market for a new vehicle.

Quick, efficient but not so much on the personal touch that Ive come to expect from my Ohio dealership. Prices are about 10-30 dollars more than previous dealership, so might have to go third party from now on.

I had my oil changed which includes tire rotation. I asked if they rotated the tires and put the best tires up front and they said yes they did. When I got home and looked, they did not rotate the tires. Disappointing.

All issues I reported were resolved. One issue (coolant leak) seems to have been corrected before I dropped the car off at the dealership. I believe the overflow tank coolant cap was not installed properly and was corrected (by me) after I noticed the issue. The service person assured me that it was no longer an issue and they were correct in that assessment. I appreciate their honesty and will definitely bring my vehicle back for future service. It was my first time using this dealership. The people were pleasant and helpful, and were able to get me in the same day I called. With this being said, when I left and started going down the road my hood came partially open. If I had got on the highway like I usually do, the hood most definitely would’ve opened all the way. I checked everything that they should’ve done or touched to the best of my ability at the moment and this was the only thing that looked to be missed. The only other issue I had was when I entered my truck it smelled like the mechanic had Taco Bell for lunch and was “releasing” pressure for over indulgence. I had to roll all the windows down and drive.

Great experience. I showed up in the show room around 6:30 pm without an appointment and was greeted with a smile and was introduced to a sales specialist, Mark Wasick and hes great. Art Moehn is a quality car dealer. I say this based on my experiences over many years, purchases of 4 vehicles, and numerous interactions with the service staff. They have separate service for Honda vehicles, and another for Chevy, both are excellent. I believe they listen to customers, as they recently built a separate oil change facility and they get you in and out promptly, addressing the only complaint I ever had about them. My complements to the entire team!

We’ve been discouraged before at other dealerships but Brian went above and beyond to get us the car and financing we wanted. Jamie Nastally has been a great friend to our family for years and we are always happy and excited to work with him when it comes time to grab a new vehicle. Jamie takes the time to learn about you as a buyer to see what fits best for you, provides options based on what is available and, in the past, has gone out of his way when desired vehicles are not available to locate the vehicle somewhere else and bring it in. I dont necessarily plan on getting a new vehicle again any time too soon, however if I know anyone else looking, I will certainly be sending them to Jamie.

I brought my lifted 2017 chevy 1500 truck there for a squeaking noise that my tires were making. Adam said I needed a new steering gear.....cost $2,900. He thought it was due to oversized tires. I didnt think that sounded right since it only has 31,000 miles on it. I brought the truck to Mechanix Auto who said it was the steering shaft knuckle that was seized up and needed some lube. $30 later truck is fixed. I very strongly dont recommend going to this dealership. Friendly staff but wants to take all your money to fix something thats not broken.

I was very please with the professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the service center, and the convince of the drive-through service desk. Service was quick and convenient. The shuttle service was phenomenal! The gentleman who drove me came and found once he dropped me off to make sure I was taken care of. Also America, the girl who text me throughout the entire process, was awesome! However, when I received my car there was an electrical malfunction, my car staled when I was leaving. I was on 94! Once I brought my vehicle back the service staff was quick to assist and rectify the mistake. I wasnt too please when one of the mechanics told me there was no way for them to know that my battery, or whatever the issue was, wasnt restarted properly until it was driven. They did not test drive my vehicle before giving it back. Like I said, everyone was nice and helpful. Would I go back, maybe. I am hesitant due to my experience.

Signed on my vehicle on March 3rd just got a call on the 14th of April to tell me my contract is void. They ran my credit again on the 12th of April without notifying me. All they can say is they understand and sorry. That dont help. My credit score I have worked so hard to get up. Not happy at all!!!

Only thing that was bothersome was being told at 15,000 miles on my 2020 equinox not to expect more than 20,000 to 30,000 miles on my tires...they will need replacing soon! Apparently the tires are soft from the manufacturer/GM and they don’t last long...not like replacement tires that you should get 50-60,000 miles out of

This is our third vehicle that we purchased at Art Moehn, and our sales associate has been Eric Humeston for each of our purchases. Eric has always had our best interest in mind. One time, he even found a vehicle for us at a competing next door dealership. The service department is headed by Adam Soper. He is always looking out for the customer and makes sure that the Art Moehn Service department does quality work for its customers. They left trash in my car after my oil change. I believe it was the air filter packaging. I found it on the passenger seat floor partially under the seat.

Over priced said they would price match and then changed their mind when the bill came every other Honda dealer every other Honda dealer does a coupon for 899 for a timing belt should have went to the dealer with the coupon and not trusted a price match ...300$ mistake

A quick oil change place destroyed the cover guard to the oil pan, it was hanging half off the bottom of the car. Art Moehn just fixed it for free, and we’ve learned our lesson. Oil changes will be here where they belong from now on!
