Jackson Tint & Sound were so helpful when we had to replace a fuse in our battery isolator. A small fix - but they were incredibly courteous to us, despite being short-staffed. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

I couldnt be happier with both the tint and subwoofer installation. Mike does great work, and it was done exactly when he said it would be. If you need your windows tinted, or want your music to thump hard enough to jiggle your dangly bits, this is the shop to go to.

I recently had my 2014 ford f-150 front door windows tinted here. They did an excellent job and notified me as soon as the project was complete. They were very helpful in choosing the right color of tint for my style, had everything down in writing and the whole job went off without a hitch. I would highly recommend them for a tint job well done. They have great customer service (return phone calls), and They were also $20 cheaper than their in town competitor. I will be a return customer.

Extremely professional service. I scheduled a windshield replacement through my insurance provider and Grand Glass handled the rest. Even when I forgot I had scheduled for a Monday when I returned from off season vacation they fit me in the next day and had my truck ready in a few hours. The workmanship is excellent and the customer service is even better. Highly recommended.

I called about getting a rock chip repaired and Mike fixed it within the hour. The price to repair the rock chip was really reasonable. Very professional and excellent customer service. Unprofessional and RUDE. Promised to take us to town because four hour wait but then when we dropped car off, said he was too busy. Slammed. He offered a bar stool and a chair. We cancelled service and took our keys. He followed us out and started to argue with us. We took our car to Advanc Glass. Couldn’t have been more professional and nice. Car done to perfection in two hours. Great service. Advanced Glass was highly recommended by our dealership in town. The only reason we went to the first place was because our insurance company told us about them and we didn’t know about Advanced Glass. We have since informed them and now Advance Glass is who they will recommend.No amount of busyness compensates for rudeness!

Excellent service and response rate! In a town like Jackson, service projects tend to take a while to get completed. But Grand Glass ordered my parts in the same day I called, and had my repair and installation done within 48 hours. I couldnt believe it! I am very pleased with the level of service I received and would certainly recommend Grand Glass.

I have an older Acura MDX that needed the nearly 2 decade old, peeling window tint removed and replaced on the front windows.
