I currently live here the kitchen to small they had so many rats we had to kill so many but they still above us wouldnt stay here people living rent free folks is rude the best thing over here is the maintenance men thats it

This is suppose to be a decent place to live, wrong !!!!! While my daughter was away visiting family her apartment was broken into and her T V was stolen !! . this place needs to be closed down !! Its not safe for anybody to live there ? And Jackson is a terrible place to live or visit u are always afraid something bad is about to happen.

Management: TRASHInterior Condition: RiggedExterior Comdition: Poorly managed.The only thing semi nice was the dog park of which I couldn’t take my dog too because the lock and door hinge has been broken since I moved in.The sewer line by my apartments has been seeping the nastiest juices from the man hole the runs like a small river all over the side walk and grass and parking lot. So there is no way not to smell or step in sewerjuice.In a span of a month my heater has over powered my breakers and turn off my power 5 times. There is no emergency call line for maintenance because they “lost the phone”. I have been told “if you see a maintenance man just ask him to fix it cause we can’t call them”. I’ve been told twice that I’ve had my breaker box “replaced” even though I’ve seen them go outside and flip a switch to reset the box. Currently sitting outside the office that opens at 8:00a.m. at 9:37a.m. Because the management team hasn’t “made their way over to this side of town yet”.

Horrible been living here 2 years.They have had two managers in the last 6 months. Just got a new one 2 weeks ago.Mantainance sucks never fix anything.Wouldnt refer anyone to live here.Police patrol regularly pretty safe but there is poor management.

Just move here this month and already having problems but we have new managements we have to give him a chance to improve this apartment breakins happens everywhere no place is 100% safe and yes there is no lights fixtures in the bedrooms I use my lamps which I dont mind after all the drama I been through before I moved here Im just going to have to stick it out for a minute hopefully things will get better If not when my 1year lease is up Im gone too.

I currently live here and am looking into breaking my lease. My car has been broken into twice and my boyfriends car. They have gates and leave them open and they never work properly. Sometimes the entry gate will be closed and exit gate open, and people still drive around to get in. People walk into the complex from other neighborhoods and hop the fences to get in here. Very unprofessional business nothing is ever fixed correctly and apartment was half done when I moved in and is still unfinished. No lights in the bedroom and electricity is controlled by light switch in both living room and bedroom which makes it difficult to live in. NO outlets for tv or phone so i paid to have them installed. Waited almost six months just for them to install a closet rod for me to hang my clothes after I reported it numerous times.

Staff in office was always helpful, and maintenance staff was prompt and professional

This is one of the WORST places to live in Jackson. They use to be a bargain, exchanged for dirty neighbors and the occasional disturbance, now they are just unbearable. Now the rent goes up without any renovations being done to the only apartments. The apartments have no lights in bed/ living room, the appliances only work (my refrigerator door has tape on it). There is paint splattered everywhere it shouldnt be and nothing is ever fixed properly. The walls are extremely thin and can hear everything from the next apartments. The gate is always opened on at least one side and everyones care has been broken into!!!!!! But they claim to have security and a curtsey officer that is never seen!The office staff continuously changes and get worst by the second. The new manager is unprofessional and rude! They focus more on getting new tenants than keeping the one they have. I complained about my apartment almost burning down due to wiring problems, a month ago, and no one has seen about it yet. They dont care about the safety of their tenants nor how comfortable you are. They renovate apartment from 7am-late at night as if no one has to work.DONT RENT HERE. THESE IDIOTS DESEREVE TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS!

Do not move there. They are rude and security is horrible. People cars are always getting broken into and the apartment manager would not do anything about it. Inside the apartment the walls are chipping and the air conditioner leaks when you turn it on. DO NOT MOVE THERE.

Getto I do not recommend you look for a place to stay here gun shots all the time people play loud music all times of the night bad kids run wild and I know for a fact that the gate they have at the entrance is to keep the people in and not keep people out stay far away from this forsaken place!
