Uncle Martys is the absolute BEST!! Everyone who works here is so friendly and professional. They took great care wrapping and packing everything from my office that I was shipping from Ithaca to DC for a fellowship. They carefully packed and bubble-wrapped my framed diplomas, protected the glass from scratches, and they packed books separately from fragile or breakable items. When my boxes arrived in DC, it was obvious they had thoughtfully laid out everything and put bubble inserts where there was extra room. On top of that, they also found a decorative feather from a special hat of mine that had fallen in their store when I was there! They wrote me a sweet note and included the feather to the hat inside the package. Because of the pandemic, we only just opened up the offices again, but I just found what an amazing job they did, their sweet note, and the feather for my winter hat!They are really the best, most caring people! This place and the people who work here are the BEST! :)

The team at Uncle Marty’s is so unbelievably helpful and professional. Any problem I’ve ever had related to packing or shipping, they were able to solve. I even go out of my way to send mail because of how great the experience is going into their store! Marty and his team are so welcoming and kind, and I can not recommend this business enough!

First thing wrong is that it smells funky and seems very congested, also a little sketchy when entering.Employees were ok, but the shipping rates are much higher than that of ups down the street. Also they didnt seem as knowledgeable about shipping compared to the UPS lady in the other store (and knowing that theyre in shipping, thats not a good thing)There are better and more affordable places aroun, with better quality employees

Uncle Martys is simply the best period. In all these years in Ithaca I had never been to Martys until recently, when I needed to store some boxes for the summer. As a first time customer, I wasnt sure what to expect but when I called and visited the store for their storage service, they went above and beyond to help me out. They not only offer competitive prices, but are also very responsive and professional and their willingness to help the community during these tough times is inspiring. I have already recommended them to my friends and will continue to do so even after I graduate. I am really grateful to Uncle Martys and I truly wish them the best.

Friendly guy! I went in for a quote and the owner was able to do it for me. When I bought a box they even offered to tape it up for me to make it easier for me to bring back to ship! Bringing back the box to ship via FedEx was seamless. Would never have thought I would be writing a review for a shipping store but this guy deserves 5 stars!

They are so helpful, it is unprecedented.I needed to ship some school documents with return shipping. I didnt know what I was doing but after Martys help everything was 100% clear. They are especially helpful during this pandemic.

Boxes are cheap and terrible. I bought 3 box from here. One broke before I ship it. One other box had side breaking so I got a new box. The last one broke before it delivered in Dallas. Now the box being held because things fell out of box

Im a student at Cornell and just went to ship my Xbox One for repairs. Very convenient location... Not even 10 minutes away from central campus. Best customer service Ive ever experienced. I came in with no shipping supplies, and the employee measured my xbox to its exact measurement and found the exact box I needed, and made sure that the package was secure with bubble wrap, shipping foam peanuts, etc. They package it up all for you, and told me they would send it right away. If you have a package and need materials, go to Uncle Martys... Great prices and unbelievable customer service that you cant find at a FedEx, UPS, or USPS location.

I stopped in to have something notarized and the staff was very friendly, polite and efficient. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Great service even for someone that wanted their help from abroad. If I am ever coming back to the states I will get into the office and give them a high five.
