Went in to get my eyebrows waxed and the woman used rubbing alcohol to take the wax off which burned my skin. i now have burn marks under the one eyebrow because thankfully she didn’t use alcohol on the other eyebrow. also, the reviews of this place are from the employees and don’t give an accurate representation of the service quality.

Very bad. Went in for eye brow threading. I gave her the benefit of the doubt when the thread snapped twice. At one eye brow she was so forceful... Twice... and unskilled that she tore my skin. Now I have to deal with a scar. End result looked okay, but it was definitely because of the horrible lighting they have in there. I got home and saw a lot of long eye brow hairs still there. I had to pluck them myself.For $10 and a 5% fee for credit card use, this place is a joke. Im assuming most of the employees are as unexperienced as the one I encountered; therefore, I will NOT be going back and will deter people from going here.

Avoid! I expect waxing to be painful but not this painful. It took 30 minutes to do my brows. She went back over the same spot a million times. They’re horribly uneven and I’m missing half of my brows. One is going up, and the other is going down. I start a new job tomorrow so that’s a no!Worst of all... got burned and my skin ripped off. This is going to leave a permanent scar! When I went to get my nails done after stopping here for my brows the first thing the nail tech said was “poor girl. You went to that other place in the mall didn’t you?” She shook her head. People stopped to stare in the mall and when out and about downtown. They’re that red and the skin is that raw.Afterwards she asked if I wanted “soothing aloe.” I said yes. It wasn’t soothing! It must’ve been rubbing alcohol bc it burned like hell. My eyes were closed, but I suspect she also used an eyebrow razor bc it didn’t feel the same as the tweezers that she used.
