I really have enjoyed bringing my kids to the classes. The coaches we have had have done an amazing job. It can be difficult to get ahold of someone, email contact works best. There isnt anyone in the office after hours, even with classes going.

The place is dirty with unpleasant smell of chemicals they overuse. weve spoken few times about letting air in but people are nasty and not caring at all. plus masks and chemical sprays enforcement for kids is unbearable. we were hoping it would get better after a year but nothing.. just ended up and switched to another place.

We’ve gone with our son over the last number of years and every time we think it will be better. Yet every time we’re incredibly disappointed. The teachers at Head Over Heels are *terrible* with young children. Their discipline is appalling, the culture among their “coaches” is atrocious.Please don’t send your children here. Unfortunately it’s one of the only places in town with a facility of this kind.

Best of the best!! The amazing and knowledgeable owner, staff, and coaches truly care about the well being of the kids and show professionalism, compassion, and empathy. HOH Ithaca is a safe, clean, supportive environment for children to learn, grow, and develop self confidence. I highly recommend!

Facility is small and dirty. The little kids classes are over booked with so many kids that it makes the class crowded and stressful. Every class is the same from week to week with little change in activity or setup. It doesnt offer much for littles to do and my 2 year old seemed bored. It makes sense now why there are so many new kids there each week because everyone keeps dropping out. Not worth the money.

Really high coach turn over rate. My kids are on the quiet/shy end and as soon as they get used to a coach and start progressing in class the coach leaves :-( then back to square one. When you talk to to former coaches they all say the same thing they left due to poor treatment from management. Even as a customer the front desk people are not friendly. Weve been coming here a few times a week for a few years and management still doesnt know us nor do they make an effort to know us which is pretty disappointing overall. When my kids had a steady coach they were super happy and excited to go to class, now after many changes they refuse to go. Wish there was a different place around ...

Very good with the kids. My son loves it here.
