Went to a few different jewelry stores to buy an engagement ring but ended up choosing Marlows for their service. Will was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and found me the perfect ring (which I didnt think would be possible!). He wasnt pushy at all which made the experience very comfortable. The fact that it is a husband and wife team, in the business for many years, made it that much better. Will return to them for future purchases!

After more than 30 years I trusted Will to repair my Nanas ring. Granted there were a few stones missing when she gave it to me but when it lost another stone just recently, I went to talk to Will. I knew he and Debbie sold estate jewelry but after speaking with Will, I learned about his passion and expertise in working with estate jewelry. Thank you for making my Nanas ring look brand new like the day my Pop-Pop gave it to her in the early 1920s - I know she is smiling as much as I am!

Will and Debbie are both very friendly and the workmanship is beautiful. I had to have my wedding set cut off and took it to them in three pieces. Less that a week later it was ready (repaired and sized) and I still cant believe how incredible it looks! You cannot tell that the rings have ever been cut - they look as wonderful as the day my husband gave them to me.I highly recommend Marlows...you wont be disappointed!

I needed one ear pierced and called several tattoo parlors and jewelers. Debbie Marlow was so nice on the phone that I decided to stop there on my way home from work. This establishment is definitely first class. The jewelry they sell is gorgeous, and Debbie is skilled at piercing - more than that, though, she and her husband made me feel welcome. I scarcely felt the piercing and was treated like a queen. Ill be going back for more piercings (and some diamond earrings!) before long. Wonderful experience.

You can get jewelry at lots of places, but superb customer service is harder to find - you will find it here. I stopped in to Marlows for a watch repair (broken strap). The replacement pin was quite unusual and unfortunately wasnt in stock, but they were able to fix it nonetheless - thats what 40+ years of experience of doing this kind of thing can do! They cleaned by watch while they were at it, and then didnt charge me a thing. The store is run by a husband and wife and they are absolutely the nicest most helpful people. They have been in business 32 years and they know what customer service is. 100% recommend.

I just visited and I am so glad I did. I needed some of my rings resized and new prongs on a few ( I am very hard on my jewelry) . I was greeted upon entering by the owner Will Marlow and he is a delight. Very friendly and a consummate professional. He took all my rings and cleaned them, polished them and made them nice a round again. He will be sizing one down and hopefully fixing a very delicate ring that I have had for a very long time, that needs an overhaul as it is bent, squished, needs prongs and a new stone. His price for the resizing was much less than a grocery/ department chain store in town where I have had previous work done that was less than satisfactory. They had a beautiful selection of many gorgeous pieces of jewelry and the prices were very fair. I am just tickled to have another fine jeweler in town who can handle my repairs and make it look like it was never done.Tell Will I sent you.

About a month ago I noticed the sandwich board sign before going into QFC for groceries and decided to walk over to visit their store.It is definitely worth the extra steps. Eye-catching special pieces, reasonable prices, amazing service. Ive subsequently had some repair work and engraving performed and when I took in a sentimental piece (a tiny bell in the shape of a horse) to find just the right chain, I came away with one that enhances the look of the bell and Will just couldnt let me leave without immaculately cleaning it for free.

Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Will and Debbie treated my fiancé and I like family.Initially I bought a ring they had on display for my fiancé. I proposed, and then the ring was stolen. Since they do custom jewelry they were able to make the exact same thing again - but we opted to make a few changes. We made multiple modifications and each time they were eager to help us get exactly what we wanted.The engagement ring is stunning, my fiancé gets compliments all the time on it from strangers. Im not a big jewelry person but I love it and its stunning, same goes for our wedding bands.I dont know how much jewelry usually goes for but I thought it was extremely reasonable. We were on a budget and they were very conscious of that and never once tried to upsell me. I never felt any pressure to get something larger or more expensive.Customer service is exceptional, cant recommend them enough. Ill never go to another jeweler as long as Marlows is around.

I never thought Id be the type of person who has a jeweler, but Will completely changed my mind! Heres why we wont take any of our jewelry elsewhere ever again.Cleaning and knowledge:Once my fiance and I started talking about getting married, both of our parents loaded us with heirlooms that have been untouched for years. We brought everything to Marlows to get assessed, cleaned, and checked out. He made everything from belt buckles, rings, and necklaces shine like new! It was very impressive. The knowledge he had on everything was unmatched. With over 40 years of experience, he took the time to explain everything calmly and offer repairs or resizes if needed.Every single time I go in to do something he shines my engagement ring up, it makes me so incredibly happy how great of a job he does.Resizing:I had one family ring Ive had my eye on since I was a kid resized and deep cleaned here for such a reasonable price. He cleaned it so well I couldnt believe it was the same ring. The center stone was opal, which I knew nothing about. He gave me a crash course on opal and gave options for changing out the stone down the road.Retipping/resetting:The ring my fiance proposed with was a family heirloom diamond from the 1930s set in a platinum band. Since the stone was so important I had nightmares of losing it. He had it made at a family jeweler in Texas. I loved the ring, but noticed one of the prongs seemed uneven. I brought it in and Will examined it and saw and showed me that the place in Texas hadnt really finished the job right, and some of the prongs werent nearly as sturdy as they should be. After he fixed it the prongs are even, nearly flush with the diamond for a low profile, dont snag on things, and I stopped having nightmares about losing the diamond!Creativity and vision:We want our wedding bands to be created with diamonds from my parents wedding set. Although we dont have the rings in front of us yet, we enjoy the vision Will is helping us create without even seeing them! We look forward to working the Will and Marlows for anything else we need.No pressure experience:Weve been in a lot of chain jewelry stores and theres always high pressure salespeople pressuring you to buy things, upgrade, upsize, or just make a purchase youre not ready for. I love the fact that Will is so mellow, gives you the freedom to browse without breathing down your neck, and supports whatever you want. Its just a pleasant experience every time were in the store.Dont bring your jewelry anywhere, and stop buying from chain stores. You wont be disappointed.

I couldn’t believe it! We came back the next week for a planned appointment for us to come in and learn how to look at diamonds. What an amazing experience! At that appointment we designed my ring people!When my fiancé proposed I was in absolute shock. The ring was EVEN BETTER than I had dreamed it would look.
