Dave worked hard on my drive and was communicative the whole time. He wasnt able to recover all the data, but he did recover a substantial amount of it. He discounted my bill so I only paid for the data I got back. I really appreciate the discount, especially since he spent so much time on my drive, replacing heads, etc.I highly recomment Dave if you have data loss. I wanted to write something about Dave and his service. I was having a really bad week with my electronics. I had lost an external hard drive due to bad equipment and within the same week I spilled fluid on my laptop. I am an amateur photographer and had all my pictures on the external drive and another 600 or so on the laptop. I was putting a book together and thought I had lost ALL my photos. According to my friends in IT I broke the first rule in IT by not backing up my home server where I had all my finances, family photos, music, movies...etc. stored. Dave was great. My cat knocked my external hard drive off of my desk while it was running and I tried everything I knew of to try and get the data back short of cracking open the case.
