Called today to see about making a first time appointment and the lady who answered the phone was unprofessional to begin with in his she answered and when I asked what company this is, she said services, when I asked her if they are and HVAC company she let out a huge sigh and annoyingly answered yes. If you cant answer the phone professionally and be ready to service t new customers, I cant imagine what the end product looks like.
