I rarely take the time to write a review however, being a first-time tractor owner, I feel compelled to do so. I recently purchased a Kubota L2501 and the owner, Tom, super nice guy led me through the process. Before dealing with Tom I had called all the other kubota dealerships in my area and Tom gave me the overall best deal and was the most knowledgeable! I was literally in the store for 12 minutes to complete the sale. No hassle and straight to the point. This is a family-owned business for the past 34 years and the staff has low turnover which is reflected by their extensive knowledge levels. Tom like myself is a military veteran and he has the integrity to go with that title. Tom is a Vietnam vet. It was refreshing to deal with folks that REALLY know their business. I’m HIGHLY SATISFIED! They earned my loyalty for future support!

I have 2 chainsaws. One of them is a STIHL that needed repair,s The other one is brand X . Its chain keeps jumping off the bar. Went to dealer Issaquah. They were Issaquah Honda-Kubota in Issaquah, WA . I explained the problem with both chainsaws,, emphasized I only needed expert opinion regarding the problem with brand X. Their advise: bring both in for diagnosis. Our agreement was if repairs for the Stihl cost too much Ill buy a new chainsaw from them. I went home, got the saws & back to the store service counter. All of a sudden I was faced with hostile-(underlined) repair folks. Why? They didnt want to work on the brand X. I didnt/hadnt ask them to work on brand X, it was their suggestion to bring it in, for them to see it. All I was going to ask them was their expert opinion why the chain kept jumping. A we dont know wouldve sufficed. I had not seen anything like it. Here I was ready to pay for repairs or buy a new saw & possibly add a quiet generator to my purchase. They literary wanted to kick me out of the store. I asked to speak w/the owner to inform him what happened so he could do maybe do some customer service training. That was a wrong idea. He was not interested. Funny, he complained his sales were down because ppl buy items at big box stores & bring them to him for repairs. Here I was right in front of him ready to buy & they couldnt wait for me to leave the store. Mind you, this is a family owned small biz. Im sorry for them, probably if they were nice to customers they could increase their sales. I left the store & I heard the owner making a snide comment behind me. Unbelievable! A piece of advise for STIHL USA & Kubota US & Honda Generators, please provide customer service training for your dealers managers & personnel, particularly listening skills.Today I went to Bryant Tractor & Mower 501 SW 12th St, Renton WA. What a difference. Unlike the angry employees & owner in Issaquah, Bryant ppl were helpful, nice, courteous. Gotta tell you, the Issaquah dealers building is nicer, but ppl inside are not. Bryant building might need some cosmetics, but the ppl inside are wonderful. They even helped me with my brand X chainsaw, they listened to my description of the problem and without me asking they offered help. What a difference!

Mostly a great place.I was disappointed with the sales man and I bought a lawn tractor/mower that didnt work for my yard with minor hills and had to return it but the owners stood up and took good care of me.Even though the product wasnt right for me I will look for a chance to shop there in the future

Excellent sales and service! We went to IHK and talked to Matt about a tractor. Matt asked us questions about our usage and made appropriate suggestions. The conversation was very low-key and there was no pressure to purchase. After we decided what we wanted, Matt got the paperwork in motion (all electronic) and scheduled our tractor for build. We made some changes along the way and Matt was very accommodating and helpful. When delivery day came, we got the call to sign some final paperwork and our tractor was delivered an hour later. Ken made the delivery and went through every detail of how our tractor works, including attaching and removal of the implements we purchased. Ken was extremely thorough, particularly with the demonstration of how the backhoe is removed, installed and used. The next day we realized that an indicator in the instrument cluster had burned out. We let Matt know and Zac from the service department sent a tech out to fix it same day. An hour later, everything fixed! All in all, everyone at IHK was friendly, helpful and gave 110% to make our experience an extremely positive one! We look forward to doing more business with them in the future!

This place is fantastic for anyone serious about work tools. Always have great service, not pushy at all, and always seem to have the best items in stock. On the rare occasion Ive had issues with one of my Stihl or Kubota products they always handle it quickly and efficiently. Best place around Seattle area Ive found for these types of products.

I’ve purchased a riding Kubota lawn tractor and a Honda pressure washer from this place over the last 10 years. I’ve tried service three times, and each time was horrible experience.Unless it’s a warranty on your current equipment or you have a month before you even want to hear from them your equipment, skip this place. Find a service center that communicates past the ‘itll cost you this much’ call, and will give you value.They do not value the customers schedule, time or wallet.

If you are a very demanding person, come here and you are here! If you add years of use and maintenance, fuel costs, and time costs, often expensive professional tools are more cost-effective, and the cost per unit of time is lower. This is why I have insisted on using Honda for decades. At present, I think Hondas small gasoline engine is the only one.The Stihl chainsaw is also the best, and I found everything in it to be the best in its class!

Worst customer service ever. Bought a Honda Lawn Mower with a manual start engine. 3 weeks later, I want to exchange to an key start engine. They said it is an used mower and they are not accepting to exchange/upgrade purchase. I bought it 800$ with tax and they accept to trade in as used for 400$. I only used it twice since the time I bought it.They have a great machine, but if you want to have a customer service for what you bought. You should never come here and buy anything.First time and will be the last time I come to this store

After having drove out here, these jerks refused to sharpen my lawn mower blade because it had some minor dents in it. I will never return.

Ordered a pulley that is on every Honda lawnmower. Was told it would be available in 4-6 working days. Called back 7 working days later and was told it would take another 4-5 working days because the supplier had to manufacture the part.Really???Consider ordering online.

They were able to diagnose a starting issue with my Honda generator that not only saved me a significant amount of money but as the service Super-star told me; Let me give you some information thatll keep you out of the service department! To a person, they were also willing to take the time to educate me on the little -known tricks of the trade that should make my Honda 2000 generator purchase a great investment. A somewhat similar experience to a previous reviewer... Purchased a new Honda 7000W inverter generator and found multiple problems: defective battery, gouges on the door latch, wear on the chrome gas cap. Tried to exchange for a non-floor model after several attempts to start it, but mgr said it is considered used once it goes out the door. Expected good customer responsiveness for this 4 thousand dollar purchase, but Kubota probably has too much product demand to care. Disappointing.

I recently purchased a Kubota tractor from Issaquah Honda Kubota. Kyle and Tom both made the transaction a positive experience. The delivery driver (sorry I forgot your name) was full of useful information and shared many tips in the care and use of the tractor above and beyond what youll find in the manual. I had them do some custom work prior to delivery and a fitting on the grapple they installed kept coming loose when the loader was in a certain position due to how the hydraulic lines were routed. I stopped in to ask about it and Tom had a mechanic follow me home to fix it immediately. I was really impressed by this as I was expecting to have to pay to have the tractor hauled in for them to address it. If youre in the market for a tractor I recommend paying Issaquah Honda Kubota a visit.

Picked up s Stihl chainsaw. Been there before. Service guy remembered me from before and use my name. Made me feel welcome. And help pick out the right saw for the job.

I have purchased two large generators and two chainsaws from this dealer. They sell quality products however I will never purchase anything further from this store. I took in one of the smaller chainsaws in to have a part replaced and also to have a tune up done. The 99 dollar shop rate equated into almost a two hundred dollar bill. This is my own fault since it is true that buyer beware. In the future I will go to one of the small independent shops in the area and buy further power equipment from the Sthil dealer in town.

Had and accident with my Stihl saw. Several parts were damaged. I brought it in expecting it to spend several days or weeks in the shop and cost lots to repair. Technician (Vincent?) came out from the back to join the gentlemen on the front desk. They diagnosed the damage, quickly grabbed replacement parts, disassembled my saw on the counter, replaced the damaged parts, then sent it off for testing out back. The operation was painless and didnt cost an arm and a leg. Service was fast, friendly and competent. Keep up the good work!

I traveled 1/2 hour to drop off a couple of chainsaws for repair. Arrived right when they were closing. Asked if I could just drop off for repair and explained I made a special trip to get these dropped off. He told me I would have to come back????

The service department guy was very helpful. I brought a lawn nower that was not starting and he diagnosed it righy away. I should have drained the gas before storing it. Lesson learned! Everyone in the store was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

I purchased a band new Chainsaw and gas drill from this “ STIHL DEALER “ They try to get you for every dollar they can for service by charging a $5 daily charge for storage on each of my small items I had in service and one of them was a issue that they should have taken care of because it was warranted by STIHL and they tried to charge me. They were there 60 days past when I was supposed to pick them up because I had a family emergency and was out of town. They have done this before to other people where you incur so much storage fee that it’s not even worth to get your item and they sell it and get money.

Now I work at Meridian Valley Country Club and just purchased a new Kubota M6060 tractor 🚜. Going back again and looking forward to see the guys again.

First time I ever went to a tractor dealership. I needed a battery for my grandfathers mower and the service was beyond what I would get from a Dealers Parts Counter. The rep even showed me a a diagram for an attachment I had a question about. Plus, I felt like a 5 year old again looking at all the equipment. That was worth it.

Horrible customer service, as Im explaining what I need to the guy he says there are thousands of different motors. I tell him Im out looking at the mower I have. Before I can tell him what mower I have, he says when you have the information I need call me back. Im extremely busy I tell him that I have the mower right there, but he continues to say call me back when you have the information I need. I will never do business with this company ever.

BUYERS BEWARE! If you purchase a generator from Honda Kubota Issaquah during what this store believes is a storm, even if its only a storm warning, you will NOT be able to return an unused generator. They now have a taped green cheesy sign on the front door which states this random policy, but it wasnt on their door during the storm warning rush. This is their way to makes huge sales profits and scam their customers. POOR business.

Recently we purchased a Kubota tractor from Issaquah Honda Kubota. We were treated like royalty right from the start! Tom (hes the owner) and Joel in sales took my many phone calls and explained all the features and purchase options that were available. They helped us through the entire sale process. Joshua and Zac in service got us set up with the initial supplies we needed. The first class treatment didnt stop there-- Tom himself delivered the tractor and spent over two hours explaining all the features and showing us how much fun and help this new Kubota tractor will be on our property. Dropped in Friday, April 1st, 2016 to look at tractors. Staff didnt try to oversell which was nice. Sat me up on different tractors and explained the features and how they worked. Never tried to oversell me. I ended up finding a great used b3350su and decided to purchase.The buying process was a bit time consuming. I believe this took about 2 1/2 hours overall but mostly due to a few paperwork mistakes regarding sales tax and model number for warranty. These were in my favor so I didnt mind.Picked up the tractor Saturday morning. They had a tech come in early to make sure the tractor was ready for me. I appreciated the hard work that was done here to accommodate my needs and was very happy with the staff in the back for their hard work.Unfortunately in the rush the oil cap was left off and lost during transport. After 30 minutes using the tractor I noticed the deluge of oil. I live in Ellensburg which is about 2 hours east. I called 1 hour before closing time and these guys busted ass to get a tech out to me with fresh oil and a new cap to correct their mistake.Im 6 hours into the tractor and feel really good about the purchase. I was worried it was too little to fix my driveway but it did it with ease.Even with the little mistakes here and there, were all human. Part of running a business is how your staff deal with these mistakes and push forward. These guys stand behind their work and its shown I made the right choice in dealer thus far. Ill keep this review updated over the next year as I use the tractor.

Worst customer service. I wanted to rent a tractor before buying one and e mailed them. Waited 2 weeks for a response. Got no answer. Called and left a message with a person there and got no call back. Finally got a hold of someone to help to find out the very first rental on there web site for $150 a day is no longer in service and have nothing close to it. If there sales department is anything like there rental I would run away. Off to John Deere

We tried to rent a mini excavator from these guys and they delivered it late and tried to charge us. The excavators tracks were in poor condition and it took them a whole day to even agree to check out the track when it broke from minimal use setting us behind on out project. They proceeded to attempt to charge us for the time that we were unable to use the machine because the track broke. Theyre customer service is awful and they tried to rip us off.
