I don’t have anything bad to say. For the past year and half throughout the pandemic I have come here for my bloodwork. Mayra is the one the best. She is able to find my veins with such ease. She makes my experience more enjoyable.

Handed the receptionist two scripts for blood and urine test. Only performed one test and said they could not locate the other script. Totally rude and incompetent will never go there again.

I always had a problem with people drawing my blood. I’m so blessed when I get Mayra. She draws my blood on the first try and I don’t feel the needle. Highly recommend her!

The staff do not have respect for the patient. I took my mom to do a test and I ask the staff if she know Spanish so I get out of the room as was asked. The person mayra torres batista talked me in a really bad way without respect.

Brought my one-year-old son in for his first annual blood draw. Checking in was easy! Myra did an amazing job collecting his blood! She was quick and confident which made the whole process go flawlessly. I will come back without hesitation for my childrens future lab work.

Incompetent; their computer system doesnt work so good luck if you dont have a copy of what your doctor ordered. And if you go on a Saturday, which many of us do because we have jobs during the week, it is beyond crowded. DONT GO HERE.

Made an appointment (on computer) to get my bloodwork done here on 3/26/21. The entire process was quick and easy! The phlebotomist Mayra was fast, efficient, and very personable!! Always a pleasure to receive top notch service!!

Myra is the best. I always had problems with people drawing my blood. She only poked me once and got all that she needed. The best. Ill be back and recommend others as well.

I was there Tuesday early morning 6:00Mayra is high skilled worker. Very friendly. I didnt feel the needle at all. I will recommend her to anyone.

Mayra is amazing. Everytime I have blood work done, which is a few times a year, she is an absolute pleasure. My last time just recently I could barely even feel the needle. She is excellent at her job. She asks about your day, if you drank enough water and small talk to make you comfortable. In the past there were a few people who seemed like they didnt care, Not Mayra. I would highly recommend her service to anyone needing lab work done.

I have been using LabCorp in Islip for 3 years to have all my blood work done.From the front desk personnel to Myra who always draw my blood, everyone is very professional. The facility is always spotless and I’ve never waited more than 15 minutes as a walk in.Myra is a master at her craft. I don’t even wince a bit and I NEVER bruise. She is so sweet! I will continue to use this facility and hope to always have Myra draw my blood.

I really wanted to give no stars but unfortunately Im unable to do so. The lab tech was extremely condescending, unprofessional, discourteous and had horrible customer service skills. This experience makes me never want to use Labcorp in the future if these are the type of people they have working in their establisments.

My 14 year old daughter has a hypothyroid since the age of 6. I have taken her everywhere to get her blood drawn, they poke her numerous times and cant seem to get her blood. I have been to 4 places in one day and needless to say it is emotionally draining for me as a mom and of course my daughter. I decided a few months ago to bring her to Lab Corp in Islip, after I met Jeff and Myra. I explained to Jeff that my daughter has had a difficult time getting her blood drawn and without hesitation he said not to worry. (of course being a Mom I still worried because everyone says that). Well, within 2 minutes we were walking out of the lab. I have went back a few times now and Myra and Jeff are beyond amazing every single time. I truly am grateful for the both of them. They take the time to listen and are sympathetic to the situation. My daughter doesnt mind ever going to get her blood drawn anymore, its just a regular day. No more kicking, screaming and fighting.THANK YOU MYRA and JEFF!!!!!!!

I’ve been going to LapCorp in Islip for over a decade. However, I will never be going back again due to the personnel working as front desk. They are rude, nasty and extremely unhelpful. Might as well just get rid of them. Please save your time and do not go to this place. You ask for help and will be ignored, these people are unbelievably rude and disrespectful.

Made appointment and they called me that morning 5 min before saying office was closed til 10am. Person calling was very rude and unprofessional.

I had a 10am appointment on Saturday 3/9. I walked in a few minutes before 10 to a packed house. I signed in and was immediately called for my paperwork. I sat down prepared to wait a while. I was called again for payment and the sent to a room. Myra immediately followed me in and took my blood. She was very pleasant and professional. I was back in my car at10:06. So glad they honored my appointment. Highly recommend this office and that you make an appointment.

Everytime I go here, everyone is superb! Friendly, efficient, punctual. Even when its busy, they get you in and get you out as quick as they can. The people complaining are usually the ones who dont understand the process, or forgot to bring their paperwork. Most, too, usually complain about waiting. To those people- go online and schedule a time to come in. Its much easier. Great location too!! Thank you!

I have always had a good to great experience with this Lab Location. I love the fact that they open at 6 am so that I can take care of my visit b4 work. I feel they deserve a much better rating☺️😍

The phlebotomist that took my blood was very nice and did a great job, as I am very sensitive all I felt was a slight pinch and then nothing. Initially I was not thrilled about my choice to come here as I was concerned with all the negative reviews, but my visit went fine and everyone was pleasant. I was in and out and will definitely return for all of my routine lab work.

It is incredible the terrible attention in this place. They dont know what they are doing. The front desk person needs to take good manners classes and go back to school because she doesnt know how to perform well her work.

THE STAFF AT LAPCORP IN iSLIP, NY, ARE THE BEST!!. My whole family goes there for any lab work when needed. The service is painless and they are so efficient. I wont go anywhere else.

Recently went to do a urine sample and I must say it was absolutely empty and it went by fast. In and Out in minutes. Thanks lab corp. Great parking as well

I brought my friend here to get her blood drawn. Not only were they unbelievably rude and cold, but they severely hurt my friend.The woman had no idea what she was doing and burst the veins in both of her arms. She was in a lot of pain and couldnt move her arms for days and took weeks to heal.Dont go here, theyre people arent well trained in drawing blood or bed side manner.

Fantastic staff. Phlebotomist was adept and professional. If crowds are significant in the morning go in the late morning or afternoon like I did.

I went in for a urine sample and the lady who was doing the sample early in the morning was disgustingly rude! Rather than calling me by my name, she comes in and looks straight at my diriection and says you can come ..., and Im like me ? Because there are other people in the room.... and she says it so rudely yes! You! Youre in the medical field and youre rude like that ? She was very snappy and beyond rude .... rolling her eyes and so angry ! If you dont like your job quit! Dont take your anger out on people .. she was treating me as a criminal and thats not how you treat people! I hope companies do not use this lab anymore ....

That girl in the front desk is super rude I asked her something and she ignored me like I was bothering her. Won’t go back to this location.

I made an early morning appointment and went to to lab-corp in Islip NY. I spoke with an African american guy at the window who was very unprofessional and rude. He asked me who told me to come to the office and teh said to me that I had to come back because I was supposed to bring back specimen. He went on to say that people need to find out what exactly they need before making an appointment. I cant believe I was treated so poorly by this staff member. I didnt say anything to him as I did not want to engage in his nasty and rude behavior and I walked out. I didnt want to go back to the Islip office after being treated so poorly so I booked an appointment in the Bay shore office and I had no problems at all. The staff was nice and guess what? I did not have to bring in a specimen because they took the specimen from me before they drew my blood. Islip staff needs to be reeducated in how to treat people and how to properly read their own paperwork as this staff member sent me away with wrong instructions and had me waste my time. Nevertheless Im glad I didnt get my blood drawn in Islip office because if their staff is that rude and nasty and not able to read their own paperwork they may have either messed up the blood work or hurt me while drawing blood since they have no regards for treating patients properly.

I do not recommend this place to anyone .. The lady at the counter is very rude she looks like she doesnt like to attend the people .. If you are reading this comment now think twice before going to that place and have a hard time .. Please be smart there are many places of those labcord in Long Island

Worst place do not go here. We took my one year old sister and they said the lost the blood for the result and kept injecting the needle into my sister while she was in sooo much pain. They do not know how to work they are unprofessional. Worst place in Long Island by far

This place is always packed. they are very rude and cold from the moment you step in, they do not know how to treat people. Im never going back there.
