A bit of a long wait although we had an appointment but otherwise very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous.
Very bad handling they offer repair by phone and on the web then when you go you lose time since they do not do it
You kidding me? Bought a Sharp Roku 50 TV for my mother. Came with a faulty remote. Call tech support... After 1hr call back and 30 min hold time... They give me a claim number and tell me all I have to do is go to Best Buy and Ill get a new remote. I specifically asked if I had to bring the whole package back... With the TV because I installed it with the Roku Mobile App remote. They said no, just bring the remote. Well... Thats what we did. At this embarrassingly understaffed Best Buy store. They have no spare remotes... And they told us to go back with the TV and make the return /exchange. I think Ill call corporate, file a complaint for wasting my time, and also return this poor faulty product.
