I was very pleased with the services. Not only were they professional. The customer service was great, responsive in a timely fashion, communicated well with me and my requests. To complete my experience they left my home looking brand new as if I had just laid down brand new carpet.

Im so glad I found B&N! The workers are pleasant to deal with and they do a very good job. Roberson, the owner, is a pleasure to deal with, and everyone is accommodating. I can give feedback about what or how I need something done, and I am confident they will follow my instructions. Importantly, I feel very comfortable having them in my home during Covid, and that they are taking precautions with their staff and other clientele. My home is much cleaner, and I am happier, since Ive had B&N come by twice a month.
