Helpful staff. Cheaper car wash prices Ive seen so far and the fact that you can vacuum your car after the car wash for free is a great thing. Sometimes though their vacuums are not strong or its like theres no pull but they have more than one.

The establishment is very nice. Its only getting 3stars because it has never been open on time anytime I have come.

The drizzle wipe is literally was it advertised. 😡 My mirrors still has the dead bugs on it as well as my front grill. The vacuum sucks I had to pull out my broom to clean my rugs😠😡I know next time Ill go to a hand car wash .

The price for monthly is perfect. For $22 a month u can go as many times as u want. You sit in the car while u go thru car wash then vacuum ( free ) and dry off yaself. Definitely worth the money

Excellent, its fast & easy to go through no need to speak to anyone service. If u go when they open u get your choice of vacuum spots (the black hoses are new btw best suction plz dont destroyel them!)If u own a car the blowers will dry about 90% of the car so u rarely have to get out to dry unless its the trunk & grill area or u wanna wax treat for rain etc. For a truck/crossover only 60-70% will get dried. U will have to get out often to dry manually unfortunately so invest in some microfiber towels & cloths to get it fully dry. If u catch the owner tell him add a 2nd/3rd row of blowers & itll be perfect. 😁

This is a do it yourself car wash. Once you pay to drive your car through the wash process; you have to pay again to buy cleaning supplies for the inside of your car. Keep in mind the tire shine package is not armorall. Your tires will only look clean once they dry. Fortunately the inside of my car only needed a good vacuuming which was free. If youre looking for a modern quick-wash drive through experience, this is it.

This is probably the most modernized car wash Ive used so far. The entire process was neat from the beginning to the end. Modern, sleek efficiency is on display from the interactive screens to the car wash conveyor belt. The vacuums available afterwards are also a nice visually-appealing touch.

Car comes out beautiful EVERY TIME

First, you stay in the car as it goes through the washing process. I became confused at the end wondering whats next and whos going to dry off the excess water thats on my car. Thankfully there was a very polite and helpful worker who explained the business model. Which is great for this pandemic era.Recommendations: Include a verbal and written prompt when customers pay for package. OR add another colorful sign at the end of the tunnel... You Dry, You Vacuum, Thank You, etc. Improve the drying process.

They made my car look brand NEW! I would suggest getting the monthly pass because it can become expensive. Just wish the prices were a little cheaper.

This car wash may have exceptional service I do not know but I do know the alarm system that goes off at this establishment, keeps me awake constantly. I am a resident in the area around this car wash. There is an alarm that began going off around 2 PM yesterday afternoon. It is currently 4 AM the next day and it is still going and I am awake BECAUSE OF THIS ALARM. What is the point of it if police or the alarm company wont show up to disarm it?! This happens on a regular basis and it was not an issue until you built this place! Be considerate of the people that live around here.Update: 9:19 AM and it is STILL going.

This is exactly what we need during these times, a touch free CAR WASH! After I cancel my car wash membership from a neighboring car wash in Hillside, I still needed my car to be cleaned, so I gave Showcase Express Auto Spa a chance. Love the setup and the wash cycle, and the prices are pretty good. You get a free vacuum afterwards and they offer a detail kit or a car mat cleaning for extra.Ive been watching the build of this car wash well before Covid and Im so happy that its finally here. I will going back again.

The car wash removed my rear wind shield wiper blade from the car. It also didnt clean my car very well.

Nice automatic car wash. The monthly pass is a good deal. But Im noticing more and more scratches in the paint on my doors. I noticed The spinning brushes are dirty at the bottom half of the brush when i looked through my rear view mirror. Probably whats causing the scratches. Im going back to the hand car wash when I buy my new car. But Id still recommend this car wash.

The service is just okay... Tire shine gets only on the passenger side tires of your vehicle 🤔.... I believe the owner of this car spa should have customers keep their radios down at very, very low volume... I know Im in a very urban area and I dont like rap music especially when the n-word is pronounced at all times in a very loud tone... And I find it to be very disrespectful to my black community ... Im a strong American proud Puerto Rican war vet that honors my Black Americans very much especially those Vets, and hard workers who have died for our country !!! ..🇺🇲.... Great for what it is. The unlimited membership is well worth it. Go as many times as you want for the cost of a single car wash. Only negative is there is not enough drying time in the machine but overall would recommend

I love car automatic car washes that allow you to stay in the car while in the process, so when I saw this new spot open up, I had to stop by and check it out. Location wise, it is at the heart of Chancellor Avenues busiest section just after the beginning to Irvington, NJ, so its a bit lengthy of a journey on business days. As far as the wash itself goes, I felt that the auto machines were a little aggressive since every time my car leaves the wash area, my mirrors are always pushed backwards forcing me to pop them back into normal positions, and the tire shine is almost a placebo effect, but other than that, the hot wax treatment actually keeps my car looking fresh for longer. I have opted in for the monthly plan, however upon gazing at my bank statement being a member for 3 months so far, there are unexplainable amounts being deducted from my account that are NOT the promised monthly amount I was advertised. Of course due to covid, a lot of processes got messed up and or interrupted so Im going to ignore the instance for now. However, there should be no reason why this car wash company is deducting almost 100 bucks in a matter of 3 months...UPDATE: About 6 months in. As of now, my issue is still present in terms of the payment discrepancy. Before initiating a monthly plan speak to the cashier at the window within the car wash to ask for contact info and whom to discuss cancelling your membership with, because at this point whenever I go to pay my membership, i get charged that same amount again 2-3 days later. There needs to be a better explanation on how the billing process goes, and the number on file for this car wash is non-working.

My car was mostly cleaned. I paid for the thunder storm package and there were a couple of dirt spots on my hood. In addition, there were spots where the paint had chipped.

So I must say at first I wasn’t happy with the way my car was washed because it’s a drive thru car wash and my car was really dirty but the owners were great and so was all the staff I went thru 3 times until I was satisfied with my wash . I upgraded to the unlimited car wash I believe it’s a good value if you keep your car clean i wouldn’t have the problem if it not coming out great over all I say the service was amazing and so were the prices for the monthly washes

Just got a car wash today it scratched my car up also took off the side piece of my car by the windshield the cashier Sierra unprofessional and rude I asked for a manager and owner information she declined and have me the business number never coming here again!!! DONT WASH YOUR CAR HERE!!!

I was so excited to try this carwash out but after my first visit i must say I will NOT be returning. They dont even dry your car off. They dont clean your windows. They dont vacuum. The only service they have is you drive through the car wash and THAT IS ALL. There are towels available but you have to pay an additional $5 for that . Also the vaccuum is $2.00. Again you have to perform all of these services yourself. Soooo i just paid $13 and being as tho i have a jeep with 5 tires they could not even put armor all on my rear tire! My windows are still spotty. The worst. If you are looking for a quality car wash. This is not the place to be.
