Unprofessional, Dishonest and LACK OF INTEGRITY 100%. 1) I have receipts, so I really dont think you want me to post them and audio of our conversations. 2) I never tried or attempted to play the role as an adjuster, not my profession. 3) Never have I ever kicked your back in, but I did tell the TRUTH! 4) YES valuable lesson learned! Home Owners beware this is the type of behavior that you would encounter. 5) Yes my insurance company did settle and pay. 6) Yes you did drop the ball, several of them. 7) Your words expeditiously, mail overnight. Thats why we are in this predicament. No follow through.

I was dealing with emergency situation with flooding and called Omar to help. We had water up to our basement ceiling and didnt know what to do. The next day he showed up with his team and drained all the water out of the basement. In dealing with all the uncertainty with my policy and the confusion around a natural disaster Omar was the best person to have in my corner. Very Professional, punctual & trustworthy !!!!
