Went based on the reviews and they did not disappoint. Very upfront, straight forward and honest as far as Im concerned. I had a lot of questions and concerns about my car and Damien particularly was very helpful. Also, they dont seem to rush into repairs unnecessarily. They want to make sure that your concern is actually a problem before they do the work. Very trustworthy. I found my new mechanic.

They go out of the way to find the most cost effect solutions to get the job done (unlike every dealer) I recommended them 100% they are A++, super honest and a great auto repair shop!

Best mechanic shop ever..I took my Chrysler to city line auto for something small, they broke the whole rack and pinion in my car so I couldnt steer my car anymore...I came to prospect auto..Marian fixed my car...I reccomend everyone to go there..ask for Marian. He is the owner..he and his team are the best..

HORRIBLE!!!! NOT OPEN ON SATURDAY. I BOUGHT MY CAR IN FOR A SIMPLE SERPENTINE BELT REPLACEMENT. I WAS TOLD IF I GOT IT IN BY 12PM IT WOULD BE COMPLETE BY 6PM. I TOOK OFF WORK EARLY, GOT THE CAR IN ON TIME. CALLED AT 5:45 FOR THE STATUS AND WAS TOLD THE CAR WAS NEVER LOOKED AT AND THEY WOULD BE CLOSING SHORTY AND THEY WOULDNT BE ABLE TO GET TO MY CAR UNTIL MONDAY AND YOUR CAR WILL BE STUCK HERE FOR THE WEEKEND. CALLED MONDAY AFTERNOON FOR STATUS AND THE MECHANIC IS ON LUNCH AND WILL GET BACK TO ME AFTER HE FINISHES. I WILL NEVER USE A SHADE TREE MECHANIC AGAIN TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I WILL ONLY USE THE DEALER FOR NOW ON.

Would not trust any other mechanic to work on our autos. We’ve had nothing but positive experiences with them. I’ve been driving for over 40 years and have had very bad experiences with other shops. Can’t say enough about their mechanics and staff. The owner is a great guy who treats your car as if it were his! Have been coming to Prospect for over 10 years and haven’t been disappointed yet!
