We decided to finally invest in energy efficient windows this year. Long overdue. Installation day was today and the process was super smooth. 8 windows removed and new ones installed in 5 hours. The crew, lead by Carlos, left our house in better condition than what it was when they got here. There was a window that arrived cracked but Carlos assured us they would have the replacement out in less than a month.Our post installation inspector, Chris, arrived this afternoon and was extremely thorough in answering all of our questions. We were happy enough with Power Home that we decided to add additional services to replace the trim.I highly recommend them. Very professional, relatable, and friendly.

Power Home Remodeling was finishing a project in the neighborhood and sent someone over to talk windows with us. We had just bought our home in December 2020, built in 1998, and we knew we needed windows eventually. We loved the product demonstrations, the sales rep was professional and considerate. The presentation is very lengthy but we were 100% sold by the end of it. Theyre a top of the line quality window for middle of the road prices. Their install team was professional with over 30 years window experience between them.

It’s hard to express happy my wife and are with the windows without rambling, but we could not be happier. The process was very smooth, hassle free and no pressure.I love the various options to open the windows, including the safety tab to prevent opening more than a couple inches. It was such a surreal feeling walking into my man cave with full sun coming in and not being roasted. We initially did half our house that faces the sun, but quickly decided to get the full house after install.

Communication was good throughout the process, from the initial sale to the installation of the windows. The sales rep that came out to my house initially, went through a comprehensive presentation of products available with visual aids. Sales rep was able to set up FOLLOWUP Apts and financing options fairly easy. The quality assurance manager came out during installation to ensure that everything was going as expected. The installers were courteous and professional adhering to COVID-19 protocols when they were in the house. Couldn’t really ask any more from them.

They offer a great product with the best installation team I’ve ever had work on the house. Good attention to detail and communication during sales and installation. The final walk though was very thorough and addressed all our questions. This is a good company to work with and they have a terrific product.

I have called repeatedly and they will not return a call. Door replacement people were here less than ten minutes and said that they ordered the wrong door. I was then told by them what day they would be back, didn’t bother to ask if that day worked for me, or even saying they were sorry they wasted a day off of work for me. I have been waiting over a week for the protect manager to call me, I have called several times and have been told that someone would be calling me back right away, that hasn’t happened. I have also called and left messages for the “quality” person Ryan at ext. x 2348 to call me back and again nothing. Beyond frustrating, save your money and look elsewhere. Their Bill of Rights says “ if any issues or concerns arise, we will respond promptly”. I strongly disagree! I wish zero stars was an opinion

We did siding, doors and windows using Power Home Remodeling for the whole house. The house now looks great. Our interaction with Power has been great, but we also were persistent in our communication. The crews do excellent work and excel at quality work. We did have several items need attention list. However, Power listened to our issues, worked with us to get the issues resolved, and fixed them to our satisfaction.

Power company was honestly an amazing company to work with! I dont have one negative thing to say. From Lee the salesman that came into our home to explain the windows and the project in a whole, to the installers Dean and Mike to the schedulers that we spoke to on the phone and Pete who did the final inspection to make sure we were happy it was all a fabulous experience. We decided to move forward. The job was just completed on our house. We have received a number of compliments from our neighbors. And the cleanup was very thorough. Chris, was the final inspector of the project. He was very considerate of our concerns. They are sending another cursing to see what can be done to address some minor details. Overall very satisfied!

My wife and I had been considering replacing our windows for several years and when a representative from Power Home Remodeling knocked on our door one Saturday afternoon, we had David come out a few hours later to share his presentation. As he was going over all the benefits and features of the windows, we just kept thinking to ourselves - thats what we need!. David set a timeline for us, explained the entire replacement process with what the installation crew does during the install and did a great job setting expectations. Matt came out a few weeks later to measure and reinforce the process and reset expectations. When Juan and his crew came out on the day of installation, they were on time and on target with the whole process. The entire crew was very respectful and efficient, responding to all my concerns immediately as i watched them through the process. It meant a lot for them to be able to complete the project in one day - 23 windows and 2 doors. They did an awesome job! All in all, Im completely satisfied with the whole experience. My windows actually work now and Im looking forward to the energy savings, too.

It didnt make them look better, quite the opposite.The sales guy was well trained, sold me.Paid half down for several windows SIX months ago, and nothing.Cant get my money back, because I signed their contract.Now, our summer family vacation is blown because we have to stay home and wait for them, hoping theyll show show up to install in July.This single mother is not so happy with your power.So far you only shown your muscles,and all of your weaknesses. Not even a bit impressed 😠

The estimated job time was 8 hrs and they finished in the 5ish hour time. All the guys were great. So, we were asked to remain on site while the guys were doing the work. Have you ever had all the windows and doors in your house broken out at the same time? If they werent putting the new ones immediately I would have freaked out. Fortunately for us, they did and what an amazing job! The windows are beautiful! The door is heavy and opens and closes smoothly. I just wanted to mention the quality of the windows and doors. Were talking top tier quality, this is the best of the best stuff. It has completely improved the look of our home. Now, next morning, I woke up and my house was comfortable. No cold draft. It was like waking up in a new house. Can you imagine that, I can tell you its an amazing experience. Do yourself a favor, get a free estimate on your home for the things you need done. Power Home remodeling is a little expensive but, with a lifetime transferable warranty and no service fees if they have to do repairs its totally worth the cost. When it comes to your home, get the best quality you can afford. Its an investment in your future that you can take to the bank, if or when you eventually do sell your home.

Power has installed siding, gutters, and windows on my older house. The outside looks fantastic now! The employees are always timely, responsive, professional, and thorough. I highly recommend them!

I spent 15000 dollars roughly because all my windows were over 30 years old and I had gutters installed on the house to protect the windows and I needed gutters! I even had a sliding patio door replaced. I walked through the screen door and broke it my fault I get it. But I was sold and told life time warranty basically everything would be taken care of if anything ever happened. Today not even a year later I was told 261 dollars to replace a sliding screen door that costs 100 dollars retail at Lowe’s. I won’t be using this company again and I guess I should have read the fine print because I’m sure they will respond to this saying that warranty only covers labor or accident or acts of God. No worries.UPATE!!!!! after the company’s generic response the attached photo shows the same number that they gave me to call extremely terrible customer service. I thought I would have got a phone call at least but I have to go out if my way to wait on hold for them.

Power Home Remodeling found us going door to door. I am always hesitant with door to door sales, but my husband wanted the quote since we had already been shopping around for exterior repairs. The quote took hours, and was more than 8-10x the other quotes we had received. They told us that their company has a lifetime warranty, and we would not qualify as they spotted an issue with our foundation. We spent hours on a quote that we can not even use, but that is not why I am upset.A few weeks after our quote, we received a letter that our Greensky Program Loan had been denied. After googling and calling the company, it turns out Power Home Remodeling applied for a 65k loan on our behalf, but they did not have our SSN for the loan to be approved. We are now in the process of having to call the credit bureaus to explain that we never applied for this loan, and it was fraudulently done by door to door salesman. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING.
