They do good work. It’s clean, close and convenient. But after two years of going there I am always left feeling beat down and like I am leaving a car dealership. It’s constant sales from everyone, the hygienist, the insurance person, and the dentist herself. I’ve been told I need this and need that. I’m a 40some year old woman with satisfactory teeth and a decent smile. Yet twice now I’ve been told I need Invisalign. How “beneficial and critical” it would be to my overall health. Yet my dental insurance won’t cover anything due to it being cosmetic. I was there for 2 hours yesterday, and 30-40 mins was because I had to let them conduct a scan and talk to me about how I need a $6500 procedure. They do good work and are professional. But I cannot handle the sales tactics. It’s nerve wracking enough going to the dentist. I don’t need the added pressure and am seriously considering looking for a new dentist for this very reason.

Dr. Zamora is my hero. Her staff is amazing. They kept me comfortable through my anxieties of needles and while she was extracting teeth.

DO NOT GO HERE. I would give zero star if I could. I have appointment set for 9am. I walked in and completed the new patient form by 9:02am. I didn’t get to be in my appointment until 9:35am. I decided to walk out because I am not impressed with the service. I felt that my valuable time is disrespected and they don’t have their act together. I decided to take my business else where. It’s early in the day and it’s already a wait. I have NEVER experience that anywhere else. I don’t recommend this place for busy people because they don’t keep your appointment.

Theyre accommodating with scheduling and generally pleasant. However, appointments last WAY too long. Too much scanning at every visit; too high touch. A simple cleaning takes more than an hour. Too many different dental assistants and some are not great. This is a one stop shop which is convenient, but not always whats best medically. Its ok to refer patients to specialists. Dentists need to emphasize patient comfort (dont ignore me when I indicate youre causing me pain repeatedly) over upselling ad hoc services (laser for wrinkles).

She even let me know what the numbers meant before she checked my gums.Also, Dr. Kim was very nice and friendly.I would highly recommend this practice. I would suggest you ask for Michelle as your hygienist.

DO NOT choose this place as a Dental provider if you care for your well being and your family members.I decided to go with these guys for getting my wisdom teeth removed. It was decision I have ever made in my entire life. When I was sitting in the patient’s chair. The Oral Surgeon came and asked me how I was doing. I told him “I was nervous” HE said “ME TOO”. I had a nervous chuckle and then he said “It’s the truth and truth hurts.” The surgery was over and I went home.” Came back for a follow up a week later. The dentist who saw me then said I was recovering well and stated that I need to start working on opening my mouth like “AAAAAH”. I was doing just as she said when all of a sudden I started bleeding profusely one day. One of the areas where the Oral Surgeon took wisdom tooth from, the dissolvable stitch opened and the wound opened up. I called Smiles Family Dental after hours number and the nurse on call said to me “that’s normal” and she will try to get in contact with the Oral Surgeon. Literally hours went by and no one called me back. I had to run to an emergency dentist who cleared the blood clot and did sutures in the area. I ended up spending $400 at the emergency dentist. I had to keep my mouth shut for a week, I couldn’t do anything around the house, I had to take a week off of work. After I recovered, I visited Dr. Zamora and told her about everything that happened. She basically didn’t admit that her staff or the Oral Surgeon did anything wrong.The tooth next to my wisdom tooth had a cavity and the Oral Surgeon didn’t bother to tell the office that I had that cavity. I sent Dr. Zamora the X-ray and ask them why the Oral Surgeon didn’t tell you guys about the cavity. They said “he was just their to remove the wisdom teeth.”This office caused a lot of misery to my entire family and I. if you want to live a happy life, DO NOT VISIT THEM.

Cuca attended to me with great customer care. She knew I was nervous and she made me feel at ease and very patient with me.Dr Zamora is very personable, she is compassionate and best of all, she has the hands that is light to the touch. They’re not heavy like you feel it is digging through your gums. Its not like that at all.Overall, looking forward to more visits.

Ive been seeing Dr Zamora for years, but recently switched from the Arlington to the Las Colinas location, to be closer to where I now live.Ive always had a great experience with Dr Zamora, but Ive never had a great experience with a particular hygienist until I came to Smiles of Las Colinas. I used to hate my routine cleanings because they would hurt and Id leave with my mouth feeling more sore or sensitive than before I went in.Michelle truly has the magic touch - she was quick but thorough, and genuinely friendly. This was my first cleaning with her, but she made me feel so comfortable, it was like Id been seeing her all along. The rest of the staff is much the same; if you want a friendly but professional experience where you are made to feel like family, make your appointments here!

We had a ton of issues in the beginning (communication in office) but they tried their hardest to make up for it! My husband and I are now well into our treatment plans and will most likely continue to go to them to finish it out. The team is all so sweet and the doctors are knowledgeable.

I choose invisiline and so happy I did. The results are fast! I was thinking Id wear them 8 months and the time was much shorter. Great results. Its a very busy office, but I always felt that I got personal service. They are extremely experienced with the product. They have my confidence!

I have been a patient for since 2009 and love them. I had a molar filling replaced and was in and out in under thirty minutes! Dr. Kim has also done a amazing crown for me. My cleanings and treatments are always nice and they are great in making you feel comfortable. They offer in house discounts and take care credit and most insurance. I have tried other dentist but quickly came back to the best. Friendly, consistent, knowledgeable office.

I received a botched root canal with lingering uncomfortable sensation from Dr. Zamora and her team after which they made several completely ineffective adjustments over a period of several months with no improvement. Yesterday someone from the office called me to set up an appointment and said I wouldnt need to wear a mask at any time, so I set up an appointment for the next available time. Today I went in for my appointment and was turned away for not wearing a mask, despite my explanation of what they had told me just the day before. I will not be doing any more business with these charlatans and liars.

I can’t give even 1 star as It’s a fraud dental hospital.but, there is no option of selecting no star. I have been told that they are going to do laser teeth cleaning and cost would be around 4000$. I have accepted it and excited how laser teeth cleaning would be. But, on appointment day they started doing regular deep cleaning it would only costs around $400. When I questioned them, they are answerless. They are cheating the patients by name of the laser treatment. Please be aware of it and very cautious about what treatment they have planned and what they are treating.

DO NOT get any procedures done here. If anything goes wrong they will not take responsibility and in return put it on the patient. I know another patient who had the same experience.

Very friendly and professional staff. Made me feel comfortable for my first time back to the dentist in years. They make sure you fully understand what is going on with your teeth and how they can help. My one tip to future patients is to bring headphones--they didnt have any earplugs and the cleaning tool was kind-of loud right by my ears. Other than that, excellent, excellent!

Ive been going to Smiles Family Dental Las Calinas for a while now. Eventhough every appointment wasnt pleasant, Ive always considered them to be professional otherwise in every way. Some of the staff that Ive associated with in the past, even 1 of their dentist, are no longer there (which I hate). Ive always preferred to stick with the same person and not have to develop a rapport with someone new all over again but......I guess you cant have everything work in your favor.Overall, theyre a good dentistry, Im glad to be 1 of their regulars! :o)

Had a deep cleaning and they are the only ones in Dallas that want you to come back a month later for a polishing. Then they had the nerve to send me a bill for $40. Which I told them they actually Owe the insurance company money as they did I halfway job. Wont be back

Wish there was an option for zero star! Had a find a dental service as it was end of the year. Their front office is the most unwelcoming place that you will ever see. The lady is always rude and unprofessional. The cleaning will be over before it starts. Then they try hard to sell their Invisalign products and it is more than annoying. Not recommended at all.

Dr. Zamoras office and staff gave me a wonderful teeth cleaning experience. Christine provided a deep cleaning on my teeth, and Ive never felt more comfortable in the chair! Usually I am in so much physical pain due to sensitivity but Christine knew exactly how to handle my teeth.I left feeling cleaner than ever and plan to return for future visits.

Good service but I gave one star because all the other dentist give service too.Its the billing, you call them 50 times they never reply.I went to the office twice to take care of the bill they said they will call back but they never do. Now I have to pay late fees and interest.That is really messed up.

For the past 2 years I have been under the care of Smiles of Las Colinas and my teeth have never looked or felt better than they have today. I was a person that was unsure about the dentist. I d say that I had a phobia. Not that I was scared, but that I was afraid of everything that was going wrong in my mouth. From my 1st consultation over 2 years ago to now I have been no where but to Smiles of Las Colinas and its because of the care they take for the health of my mouth, and the friendly, knowledgeable staff. Dr. Z is a magician. I was a fast braces candidate and my smile was white and straight in a matter of 10 months. I had my wisdom teeth extracted and although it was a painful procedure I am glad I had the care of Dr. Z and the staff. (S/O Lisa). I recently just went in for a cleaning and I can honestly say I love to go to the dentist. Smiling is contagious and when you go to Dr. Z and Smiles of Las Colinas you get the friendly urge to want to smile, and smile big. Your smile is your logo and I thank God for the one I have thanks to people at this dentist office. A+ with honors for this dentistry.
