The women in Texas omg! Very polite, happy, and kind beautiful. They should have more beautiful people like them. I had shot for my grandson and one of the lady knew where I came from. We chat for a little she made me and my grandson so welcomed. You ladies you know who you are thank you fora great customer service. God bless you.

The people that work there are kinda rude, and speak to people like they are dumb. I was there with someone else and a few people came in to inquire about shots for their school age children, the spanish lady at the front was easily irritated and didnt want to help anyone that wasnt Spanish. I was so shocked that they let her great people

And it has absolutely EARNED it.Until I experienced the Texas Health & Human Services Commission personally—as an employee, a client advocate & as a client myself—I would not have believed that an organization so large, and diverse in functions, could exist without a single redeeming quality.Candidates for employment with Human Services who demonstrate professionalism, competence & reliability seem to be ACTIVELY SELECTED AGAINST for the exact opposite.Occasionally a caring and competent human being slips through the hiring gauntlet. Few last. Most decent hires flee in horror by their fourth or fifth week. Turnover is an ongoing ORGANIZATION-WIDE catastrophe.Bluntly, its a raging dumpster fire. A disaster of epic proportions in EVERY imaginable dimension... Sounds dramatic, because it is, unfortunately.The Dallas offices of the Texas Health & Human Services Commission seem to be staffed mainly with disinterested, indifferent and/or spiteful/vindictive wannabe Little Eichmanns.If there is any conceivable way for a simple task or request to be misunderstood, mishandled, botched or completely ignored, it WILL be found.Never experienced a more hopelessly incompetent—and needlessly complicated—bureaucracy in my life. Which is something, considering I survived employment at the federal level and active duty military service in the Air Force...Guys, if you can AVOID interacting with the collection of intellectually-handicapped, compassion-bereft charity hires that work at this God-forsaken abomination of an institution, do it.Avoid working there. If you don’t like your job find somewhere else to work. This is a high volume business & it doesn’t help when the employees are always lazy & late. I was the first one in line I made it in at 7:45 sharp. The doors opened at 8:00 and it still took them 15 minutes to call me to the window!! Here it is 9:00 and I’m still waiting to be called back fro the interview, I was the first person here & it’s plenty of people behind me! The employees are just standing around. Government, please fix the problem it is ridiculous.

I do not know how the offices normally are, but my first encounter with two places in there they were very nice. Over all If they were rude I still would have been nice. Some people cant manage a stressful environment well

I have not visited their office yet but I have tried to call several times to their office and literally no one answers! It does not help that even the website does not answer certain questions regarding your card or benefits. They really need to update

When I arrived the line was out the door..but it went pretty fast the people there had great customer service and helpful I only have it a four cause I was standing outside in the cold

Apparently this place has noone to attend the front desk at 12:30. No where at the desk or online does it say the ofc closes for lunch. If that is the case, they should have the decency to say so either online or with a sign on the desk instead of wasting peoples time.

I sent my son, who is 18 already, to get his immunization..just 1 immunization, and he got there way before this location even opens, which 8 am and it is 12:38 pm.My son is still there waiting in the waiting room.Apparently, this location is so darn slow. Someone needs to make some changes at this location cause this is ridiculous!

This office is HORRIBLE! I tried to find out information about getting assistance during the storm and the lady I spoke with was extremely rude, careless, and even began yelling at me! She was so disrespectful and kept transferring me to another line without even telling me first. Also, she refused to give me her name so I could report her behavior. She does not deserve to work in an office like this with such a nasty, ghetto attitude!
