I would post less than 1 star if I could.I called numerous times trying to get information from this place and everytime someone would pick up the phone, breathe and then hang up immediately after.Whoever is working in the office should be fired.You just lost a potential customer.

I am so tired of getting my water turned off whit no warning and not just my street but the whole community I mean I dont see how that works one main line for everyone and then sometimes we get notice others you just come home and guess what no water honestly Im just frustrated whit this issueOn another note this community changes managers like its nothing and every single manager that comes in goes around making up new rules telling you one week your drive way needs to be removed and you have to pay for a new one lol thats like $5000 easy and its not even my land then o guess what never mind its ok no worries just wow please find a good manager that can handle the job because If you are going to charge a fee people need to know give them a notification or something but it seems like they have their own rules and we the tenants just need to do exactly like they say well guess what it doesent work that way give people a proper notice do your job right and maybe we can get along until then well Im just not happy living here its ridiculous how stuff just happensCalled today july 3 2019 and was told the city of irving had to shut the water down because of an emergency sorry not buying it when houses in the next street have water and sprinklers running.Happy 4th of july everyone well thats if we can get some water to shower and go out.

Worst place ever!! They are always cutting off out water with no notifications or anything and they leave us with no water for a few hours!!!! So annoying, they always raise our rents but they never fix anything around here!!

The manager does not know how to do things, we applied and they rejected us and did not give any explanation and more people happened the same thing. I do not know if they steal the money, be very careful with these people. As for the very quiet place I liked it a lot but the office staff disastrous

As a manager who is currently doing the right thing I lived in this communityHe never gave me a ticket for any reason, the people who complain are the ones who take their children out and not take care of them, they also have their parties at home. When they can do them in the classroom, they complain about it and the truth as Hispanics like to doAs if it were tubieron in Mexico, but here are rules and that toNobody likes the truth I do recommendThis place is a bit expensive But it is in the city and everything is Close to schools and everything that is needed I lived more than 7 years and I moved because my family grew up but still lived it was here, 😉

If I had money to move my mobile home, I would use it. I do not recommend this place the rent is very expensive and every year you increase 15 dollars of rent. You are forced to do things like cut down trees that are not yours because the property is not one. You get fines for any nonsense the manager has no manners to speak to. they steal any object you leave outside your house from the broom until a trash can ... The office is always closed and you can never talk about any problem with someone wanting in the office because they always want to fine you and for nothing .. they require the cars for anything .. I swear its a headache to live here ... but if you cant move your trailer, then you cant stand it until God says. And the worst part is that there is no one who can help us. Many recidents are tired of the injustices that they do here in this building complex. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO LIVE. A TRUE NIGHTMENT IS ORRIBLE.And that according to the change of manager the one that was previously was a very bad Mexican who only wanted to take money from the people. and the one that is worse now is hiring children to pass fines and notices at the doors risking an 11-year-old boy to walk door to door driving a golf cart. Somebody do something please and just for me to post this review so they can get me out of here and they only give three days for one to move their trailer, hopefully not because where Im going to go if here in this place we only live poor people.
