I use them all the time! If they get me to my appointment on time????

Your supposed to give them 2 day notice but luckily they still transported me with 1 day notice so thank you Real time! And all the employees are nice and respectful. Im in a wheelchair so its hard to get me to doctors appointments without real times help. No problems whatsoever and Im been doing this for almost 1 year now.Located in Sherman Tx.

Disorganized

A employee with this company stole my car keys. I called the company and informed them I had video of their employee stealing my keys and whoever answered the phone was not concereened in the least bit. I had to have my car towed so it would not get stolen plus a new key is $450 I missed work and now do not have a way to get my kids to school or get groceries. I have video and for this company not to care that it has thevies working for them says a lot about what kind of company this is. I would definitely not do any business with a company that refuses to help someone that one of their employees stole from . I even asked to speak to management and was told that he said their is nothing they can do and would not even get on the phone with me.

I am tired of bad service with this husband n wife team, if Im late its bad return home service because if one drops me off the other will pick me up how am I suppose to kno who is picking me up n what vehicle to look for I expect the same drive on both trips tired of this switcheroo game this couple plays with my appointments....👎🏽 I want new driver ASAP!

Almost took out a small car merging in into lane while driving to a destination while in Denton. Very unsafe transport driver.

Drivers drive erratic, do not use turn signals ever and constantly cut ppl off- -very dangerous. Will never use or recommend anyone use them. If I could rate 0 stars I would. The van number RT034, dont ride in it!

A nice place to work.

Impatient Driver left a patient at Green Oaks. Driver (Huddeh) was driving a white mini van and had a heavy accent and was very rude when the staff at Green Oaks. This is a disservice to patients who need transport who happen to be elderly and disabled.
