My item has been sitting at their Irving TX location for 18 days with no update for local delivery.

Old truck need light that can shine down the road not on the ground, payroll need to be extended to 7 am instead of midnite sat, also when u need to take off for doctor app, they need to work with u better, you should be able to take off go to doctor then go back to work the same day.

I found it very easy to pick up my items. The staff and forklift driver were helpful and very pleasant. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I bought a swing set from Lowes and they now use 3rd party couriers. Got a text stating my package would be delivered on 7/14/20. Found out the truck broke down when it never showed up. Then another delivery date was missed and I found out it was because they lost my package. It has been a week and they cant find a missing swing set. All I get from them, Is we will let you know when we find it. How do you miss place a swing set?

17 years ago, the company was booming. I truly enjoyed coming to work. We had a retirement pension to focus on. Now its only worth a weekly check and insurance. But the company still have employees who is still giving 110% like myself. But overall, its hearten to give a company 27-30 years and not to get anything back.

Will not let otr drivers do their break there. 30 % is now owned by the government. 700 million dollars. Pension is half that just to prop it up!

I booked a shipment almost a week ago where they quoted a 3 Day Transit Time. Tomorrow, will be one week and we still have not yet received the delivery. Everytime I chat with someone, they tell me this will be delivered today or tomorrow, and tomorrow doesnt come. Towards the end of the day, they always say it will be tomorrow. Youre better off booking with SAIA or UPS Freight who is a lot more reliable and accurate when it comes to transit times.

Terrible customer service, driver was rude, insane bill after the fact.YRC has delivered to my office twice. both times they left the item in the front lobby. both time they invoiced me after the fact because they came into my office, which they say is an extra service. i did not authorize any extra services. the invoice i received from them was for $127!!! $127 to walk through the front door. It is just absurd. however, if that is what they want to charge, that is their prerogative. BUT, they should get authorization for extra services before they perform them.

The entire crew was very helpful regarding my customer pickup. From the office staff to the selector, to the gentleman that waved me down to help me navigate out of the paring lot. Hope to see them again in the future.

Gave me a quote and paid it. 3 months later trying to charge 4 times more. Heard company is in the red. They are trying to ruin my credit unless I pay their blackmail money. Anyone interested in a class action law suit?

If I could give a negative review, I would prefer -5. Drivers are not friendly, and when they make a mistake it is never their fault, nor do they try to help fix problems. A driver picked up wrong freight at my location and it took two weeks of calling every day to get the product back. THEN, they billed us for the pick up and despite multiple communications that it was a YRC mistake, they refused to even work with us on the bill.

Worst place ever. If you have PU dont go there on your appointments time they always late 4-5 hours your appointments time. You just waiting all day long your load. Please GOD dont send me again this place

Its a good company to work for one of the few companies left that provides health insurance.

Worst shipping company every. No communication in this company what so ever. Attempted delivery on a Friday but was unable to unload the trailer told they would return later that day, never showed, and then on Monday when I contacted a manager she told me I was lucky they waived the re-delivery fee. WTH??? Are they serious?

Damaged my delivery and drivers dont care and neither does customer service. Nothing was tied down.

This place is massive! Be sure and ask for exactly where you need to go onsite before arriving. The drivers walking around are not very friendly or helpful.

Unbelievable this place has postponed my delivery 5 days now! I have a customer that needs this item now and this place has done nothing but helped me lose business!Will not do anymore business with this company again. Ill pay the extra cost for FedEx.
