I scheduled my appointment through the website, and they were ready for me as soon as I walked in the door. 7 minutes to do 2 ink fingerprint cards, and it was a quarter the price of OnPoint. Very happy with the service.

The worst attention. I did an appointment and I drove more than 45 minutes, when I arrived was closed. I called to the phone in the information and a guy told me that maybe the woman was in the bathroom. I wait and arrived a guy and told me that here have two business and he is not for the finger prints but started to asking me things so I didn’t answer and he asked me to leave the place, i was waiting for my appointment or the person to assist me.Please don’t lost your time in places like this!

I went in to get Florida LiveScan Fingerprinting done and they were great. I was able to set-up an appointment online a few days in advance and when I arrived they were ready for me with no line or wait. Neal was fantastic as he was friendly & professional throughout while he guided me through the process. When we were finished he very clearly explained the next steps in the process of what would happen after he sent off the live scan fingerprints. All around it was a very efficient and pleasant experience with great customer service at every step of the process.

Went for fingerprinting for an out of state medical license. Neil was a sweetheart and the process was quick and easy and I was out in 10 minutes. Sometimes they offer a cash discount which is nice! Most places arent authorized to do concealed carry fingerprinting in Texas, so youll have to go to IdentiGo for that.

I needed fingerprints for my concealed carry license and was turned away at the door even though we had an appointment and when we arrived they were already closed. The building looks super sketchy not sure if I would have even trusted them to do my fingerprints if they had been open. Also NOT budget they are expensive.

Blew $35.00 for nothing because it must have an Originating Agency Identification Number (ORI #) or apparently nobody will accept them. This guy claims theyve never been asked for one and they do not provide them so make sure, before you use this service, that you do not need an ORI number. I should have called the police department 1st because they issue fingerprint cards for $10.00 a piece (or $11.00 if you use one of their cards)

Called and got same day appointment.... was in and out within 5 min. No we didnt have a friendly conversation about the weather because I paid them for prints. Mary..... Race card? Really?

Drove 30 minutes in a thunderstorm through bumper to bumper traffic to be told that they were closed even though we had an appointment. My advice is look elsewhere. I needed $150 worth of NFA fingerprints, but the guy who answered the door is apparently not interested in business very much.
