I dont know if every title company is the same, but after you are done with your transaction know that you may have to go back and get copies of surveys, policies, etc. for future use. These guys are awful.I needed a title policy:1st try. Transferred to the department. Lady answered the phone and asked me to hold. 11 minutes later I finally hung up.2nd try. Called back. Told the receptionist that I was just transferred to a department that had me on hold. Could I leave a message and have someone call me back. Nope. I have to transfer you. We are all doing our best3rd time. Finally got a hold of a woman that couldnt find me in her computer by address (why, idk). I had to dig up the old closing docs and find some file number . Finally got it to her and she said she would send me the survey. What? Survey? I wanted the title policy. Kicker: she said to me you SAID survey.Im just saying, bad all the way around.
