I think this is a scam. If you are a small business looking to post they run you through the mud. They give you a nice run down of all the great things they can do and how it is based on leads - each lead being possible candidate and then you pay around $2000 per quarter. I noticed that the leads were doctors that would not reply to me and I would never hire anyways. most lived thousands of miles away. I brought this to their attention and they said that they would fix it and give me new leads. Well, that, apparently didnt mean that they would extend my services since i received none for the first 3 months. Instead, as I got my new leads and would now start receiving leads from valid providers they charged my credit card automatically without my permission or even a warning for the next quarter. I complained that I didnt get anything the first quarter and they charged me without permission. Well, apparently they have a hidden clause in their contract that states they can charge you without warning or permission to renew your subscription. They refunded me for the unauthorized charge and i waited to get more leads. A few weeks later i noticed nothing was coming in so I try to log in. I can no longer log in at this point so i ask what is going on. They said that i cancelled my subscription and would have to pay another $2000 to renew it. Another $2000 for nothing, no thank you. No apology. No wow, well since we didnt provide you with service you requested we can give you an extra month or anything. Just a yeah, you just paid us $2000 for no reason and to continue getting our excellent service you have to pay an additional $2000. i dont know about anyone else, but i refuse to pay for a service that flat out doesnt work. Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice... SCAM!
