Had a 1300 appointment to load up on a Friday. Arrived at 1100am, checked in, was in a door at 1120, loaded and out the gate at 1225. Quick, efficient and kind. Advise not to arrive to early before your appointment time whereas this place is extremely busy and no on-site parking. On street only, in traffic lane.

Good place to load in at 10:30 out at 12:00

Appointment was for 3pm. I got here at 1:30 and checked in. It’s 7:00 and I’m finally loaded. The large waisted Spanish guy is giving me attitude while I’m getting my paperwork to leave. This place is definitely on my company’s blacklist.

The staff security is very unprofessional and young. The place looks like a circus they need they a** whooped and to hire a morning crew that wants to come to work. Dr Pepper should be ashamed of themselves.I would give this rating no stars if I could definitely not a place of business.

First time Ive picked up there so,,, but gate was easy to deal with and got me on a door quickly, dock didnt take 3 days to load me and checkout was quick & painless.

Check in little long but they start basically as soon as you hit the dock. Appointment 1400 in door 1300 and loading.

If you arr a driver, Be sure you have your appointment time and paperwork in order...Otherwise they are pretty efficient. Depending on the complexity of your load, you could be there up to 4 hours loading.

No phone # to find out if your load is ready to be picked up

I just wanted to see the Dr. Pepper Cans. I was a little disappointed because they are protected by a fence

Fast unloading..location onsite is tight but managable to bump to dock.parking outside

Show up within one hour of appt time, but dont show up after 1330 to check in even if your appt time is later or you will not be loaded that day.Easy check in and out and pretty quick loading and very easy backing to docks.

This is the most unorganized company in Texas/ possibly the USA! Had 8 am appointment yet receiving couldnt validate? Management needs help.

This spot is worth a try. They serve big portions for affordable rates. Constantly well kept and with awesome atmosphere. I highly recommend this place.

You have to be there at your appointment time otherwise you have to wait on the street and has very tiny yard in front of docking arya forklift traffic is all over the place everyone hunk at you if you back it up a bit slow not safe environment

If possible please stay away from this place the guards are super rude. They sent me back saying my pick up number was wrong when it was correct!

This place is slow as hell. So dont get in a hurry. You better bring your lunch and maybe dinner.

Unloading here sucks, need better coordination.

1st time here, had a delivery. They took me in almost 3 hrs before the appointment, gave me a dock right away and the employee was waiting for me already. I just cant understand why took them 1:15 to unload 22 pallets. Ive been in worst places for sure.

Worked there DIDNT GET PAID ON TIME... 3 WEEKS LATER I GET A CHECK THATS TOTALLY UNDER THE HOURS I WORKED NOT EVEN CLOSE.. I ADVISE YOU NOT TO WORK HERE. & THEY HAVE AN HIGH TURNOVER RATE

Picked up load here. Not good, not allowed to use a restroom. Very rude. I was told if I need a toilet to go before you get here. Even Kroger has restrooms for drivers. I hope the men pee on the dock! No way to treat a lady.

Nice place to work. Ive been here almost 5 years and been very happy with the hours, the overtime is good.

Terrible management and work ethic. Everyone is for themselves and refuses to help anyone with anything. Worked there and hated. Go to Pepsi or Coke before going to work for Dr Pepper.

Very well organized place. But check your appointment, they will only accept you half or 1 hour before it. There is no truck parking on site.
