I would rate it a zero if I could. Took my vehicle there for engine repair. Was supposed to be $3500 and three weeks. Ended up being 8 weeks the first time. Drove it home, bushing to radiator was not put on, transmission line to radiator was not connected and I lost a ton of fluid. Check engine light was on too. Took it to another shop and found the cam was not timed correctly as well. Called Coyote and the did not want to talk. They said it was my problem to get vehicle back to them to fix it.I did. They had it another week and the check engine light was still on. I am done with this place and would never take my vehicle there. I will see what my lawyer says about them and see if I could get money back. WORST PLACE EVER!!!

We were on our way home to coppell on the 635 and we were flying past people and the engine blew, i found coyote engine got my car towed to the shop and they had it done for me in 3 weeks. very nice service.

This company is a complete SCAM.... I payed 3600 CASH to have my motor rebuilt. The second day i had it back, Oil was pouring out the front and rear seal of my truck. That was just the tip of the Iceberg. I wont go into details about everything, but let me tell you. I KNOW a scam when i see it..... So I got on the BBB, and the list of complaints was astounding.... Save your money, and your business.. ALSO when i called and asked for a refund... I WAS TOLD CALL YOUR LAWYER, AND HUNG UP ON....... Update, these guys never even tried to make it right. They should be sued collectively.

My radiator blew on my Audi Q5. I didnt know what to do, so I did my research & I found Coyote Engine Inc. I spoke with them, very pleasant people. They fixed my radiator for $7,500 & I couldn’t believe the deal they gave me. I was down & out @ 11:30 pm and they were the only people who answered. They gave me a ride home also. I drive a Toyota rav 4, and was getting an oil change at theToyota dealership of Dallas and metal shavings and a oil filter, so I called coyote engines and they did all that at half the price of the dealerships price! I have a 2009 BMW X5 & BMW of Dallas tried to sell me a new car & I looked up coyote engine, they gave me a great price on rebuilding my engine and saved me from purchasing a new car.

This place is a scam! They do not repair vehicles, they pick up your vehicle and take them to a various shops for repairs and Coyote Engine (Buddy) will provide a fake invoice indicating that they preformed the work and overcharge you for services that the other shop does. They will tell you the work is done before giving you any type of estimate so that you are obligated to pay. Most of the reviews on here is from this fake repair shop. Their address (corporate address) is for a UPS location.They also advised that their credit card machine does not work and will only take cash payments.This location is not a repair shop!!!!

Rude, unfriendly. They have a holier than thou complex because you have asked them for help. Installed my engine and started it with no oil in it!!! Terrible service! DO NOT USE THEM!

AAA Texas towing was outstanding it was picked up with in a hour. 14ft 99 Ford F350 6.8 v10 no engine places answered the phone. Coyote picked the vehicle up at the job site I got to buy the radiator &Water pump from orielley auto the guy put it on for me other than that its my 3rd oil changed no problems from Austin TX to Dallas 5 trips now. Recommendations from me was complete.

Engine seized on 39 Ford coupe flat head 239 ci v8, it required 2 water pump & set of points a new radiator to have it running with a new engine overhaul. These guys were the only place I could take care of my classic car. It took a few months for the customer parts people to get the parts in. Other than that it was worth the wait to do it correctly.

How did the dealership not catch that. I bought the mounts from oReilly auto & Water pump as well. The company did not charge me to put it on.How awesome is that while the engine is being built. I bought two cans of paint they painted the engine too. ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS IT RUNS GOOD. I use mobile 1 full synthetic glad to have them as my builder or this would have cost me thousands for a new jeep grand Cherokee 6.1 vehicle. Ive taken back to the dealership since for my oil changes it feels good to smile at them when they say my car is ready. No more check engine lights thank god.

By some reason, I made a deal with Coyote Engines Inc, but they sent my car to Lone Star Engine Installation where I picked it up. Probably, both places belongs to the same owner.These guys were really friendly, came to my place to help me to sign the order. I think they have huge experience and can fix/rebuild engines because my car was drivable after they worked on it.Also they give 3 years warranty.However, I would NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone because they are not professional. They have a potential, but treat clients like idiots. E.g. they broke the windshield in my car. But instead of pleading guilty, they just said because of the sun, your windshield peeled off, so we decided to glue it. Sounds funny, right? But its not so funny, because their fake new windshield doesnt have rain/light sensor. So the car cannot adjust lights/wipers anymore. Also they dented/chipped drivers door, scratched front right fender, drained/killed the battery. When I came to pickup the car and made a test-drive, the car stopped just after the first intersection. Then I demonstrated to them that the engine suddenly stops. It means that they have not even checked if it works or not. They said to change fuel pump, and charged $800 just for this. But it was so obvious that they just want to reduce windshield cost. When I picked up the car, I immediately bought new battery. The next day I was not able even to open the car (with brand new battery). The smart key that I gave them with the car was not working anymore. And who knows what else is not working. You cannot drive a car if you cannot rely on it. So, as a result, this engine rebuild service cost me 10k, because I had to throw this car out and buy new one instead.

Dallas Dodge wanted way to much for there engine build, I decided to use the coyote engine they rebuilt my Dodge Ram 3500 5.9 Diesel engine for $7,540 compared to $12,000 so far so good they painted school bus yellow looks good as well. I’m a hotshot driver with the oil rigs so I have to have reliable truck to work.

PLEASE BE WARNED - THIS IS NOT A STORE FRONT. HE SENDS HIS CARS TO LONE STAR ENGINE INSTALLATION INC IN DALLAS. I am out over 4k and no car after they so call rebuilt my engine. Please read reviews on Lone Star before you consider using him, because they are who will be working on your car. When you try to get with Coyote, they will not help. Greg is a pathological liar, and a cheat. Do not go through these guys.

Ive got a Chevy Duramax diesel and have had a problem with my engine that seems like nobody knew how to fix. I called Coyote Engines and the guy who answered the phone knew what the problem was without even looking at it. Are you kidding me?! So I gave them a shot at rebuilding the engine and wow, huge difference in power and runs awesome. Ive got a few more projects for them, these guys know what they are doing.

I bought a create engine and it arrived on time. I had it installed by Firestone and it runs great. If my transmission goes out I will order one as well. This was a positive experience overall. I would leave a recommended referral.

I have a 90 Ford F-250 7.3 power stroke diesel the engine had oil leaks and lost compression, The guys replaced my injection pump while it was out also the injectors which saved me thousands. I’m headed to Atlanta buck head had my oil changed everything looks great leaving my recommendations..

My Continuously Variable Transmission had the stepper motor ratio valve & the secondary variation pressure solenoid which regulates the release of the fluid from the transmission, faulted. Nissan did not catch the rear main seal that poured the oil out of the motor. The vehicle is paid for my wife gave me approval to invest into the coyote engines company. Very knowledgeable he knew the codes, They fixed the problems which gave me a very nice vehicle to drive again. The nissan pathfinder 3.5 vehicle has 100,000 no warranty from trophy nissan after you hit the mile mark. Im a realtor cant have car payments, Glad we used this company who knows whats going on .

OMG! Im in awe of their service delivery! I own a 98 Suburu Outback 2.5. After like a year of use, it had several issues with the engine. Around last Christmas, the engine eventually stopped running and required a rebuild. I read about Coyote Engine re-builders on a flyer and hired out to them. These amazing guys not only rebuilt and installed my engine within 5 working days, but also picked me up from work in their shuttle to enable me come get my ride. I rarely leave 5 stars, but in this case they lived up to expectations! Thanks guys!!!

2015 Toyota Corolla my car overheated on Central Expressway. Im a AAA membership customer. They couldnt get to me until a couple hours, so I called Coyote Engines. They rushed to pick up my vehicle, got me a ride home. They also fixed my car in a timely manner, and fixed my car with no issues.

My vehicle started overhearing I didnt know what to do. I pulled in to the dealership they could get to it for 3 weeks. I searched for engine repair and coyote engines was my choice. The job was completed in 3 weeks. I was surprised to have my vehicle running so quickly.

Me and my husband got our Dodge Charger engine rebuilt (Bennie Jones) just in case they come on here and say it’s a fake review. But basically we paid over 3,000.00 for a engine rebuild just so we can get the car back 3 weeks later with multiple issues. They didn’t change anything like spark plugs ignition coil etc bc it’s technically on “the outside” of the engine so that cost another $400 to get done. THEN my engine caught on fire due to the rubbing of wires when they put the engine back. The warranty they offer is BS and will tell you that it has nothing to do with the job they did if anything ever goes wrong. So now I have to go BACK to pep boys and pay another $400 to get this issue resolved. If I wanted to spend 4K I would have just bought a new car!!! Don’t waste your time and money on coyote engines !

2007 Toyota Scion my car was over heating on Central expressway on my way home from work... On star service provided me with an engine rebuilt shop... they sent me to Cayote Engines... they provided me with a tow truck and ride home... the service was amazing when you need it mosy... my engine was rebuilt within 10 working days and they gave me a customer shuttle rode back to pick up my vehicle which eliminated all my stress...

Code PO016 Camshaft Position sensor A fault code causing a sluggish timing issues, After the rebuild was complete on the electronics side. Changed both A&B sensors no more issues. The Mobil one 0w20 seems to be increasing the has mileage Im on my 4th oil change. The coyote engine company was the only one who would take my vehicle in its a direct injected 2013 Ford Explorer 3.5L twin turbos dealer wanted $9000.

These guys Worked on my Hyundai Genesis and they did a Horrible work! I came in for a rebuild on my V6 and they took around 3 weeks. When I got it back There was a Antifreeze hose badly connected it was spilling antifreeze everywhere then there was air compression coming out of my dipstick and oil cap! Im not a mechanic myself but I do know that is not normal on an Engine. It was also needing oil every other week I would check it and It would need a Quart ! I used the oil they told me to use. Then I started to have smoke on my tailpipe and check engine light. It was when I took it to them to get it check. Since they provided me with a warranty I went to the shop and when I went in they checked my oil and it needed around 2 quarts. The guy at coyote was telling me it need 4 quarts and that it was my fault why the warranty wasnt gonna cover it! After I argued back and forth with them about the oil problem they came out with the excuse that I didnt have the service records of the car! There was no need for me to show any records of my vehicle being serviced to fix a job that they did was wrong in the first place! This was a very bad experience at the end they told me if I gave them 1,200 they could fix it but I will not give them a single cent more after The rebuild was 3,200! I do not recommend this shop to anybody their warranty is just a scam!

This guy doesn’t even have a shop, the address is a UPS in Irving.Had my engine rebuild $4,500 lasted around 600 miles, took it into another shop and they said the engine is completely destroyed . He takes the vehicle to long star engine rebuild, A terrible place, they actually build engines outside all year long.

I brought my 2001 Tahoe to Coyote Engines because my transmission was overheating fix my and it was I was having issues getting it to drive when I pressed on the accelerator and its a good thing I took it to them because they were able to fix my compression issue

The Diesel on the 2019 Kubota V1505 bobcat engine stopped working on the plumbing job, Bobcat of Dallas wanted way to much for there service, Talked to the gentleman at coyote engines gave them a shot at rebuilding the diesel, Im a contractor & people count on me to fix there homes, The job is complete the bobcat performed like it should with our breaking down.
