The BEST maid service in all of the Dallas area! Very organized with letting you know when they’ll arrive, they even give a tracker so you can see where they are and their ETA! They clean my apartment and do small miscellaneous things that I enjoy and appreciate so much. I really like Jackie, she is super responsive and helps me communicate with the team to get them up to my apartment.Ive included a bunch of pictures from the service I received today, but also a few from past services cause there were things I really appreciated and thought I should share. :)I do weekly house keeping with them and heres some of the miscellaneous things they do that I dont expect but REALLY appreciate. It makes me feel like they put a lot of love into cleaning my apartment and I definitely can see it.- They clean my dishes and load them into the dishwasher without me asking so I can start it after they have left.- They fold all the blankets in my apartment and neatly stack them where they were left. Which is appreciated since some of my blankets are my dogs and I dont like them touching my clean blankets.- They usually pick up my dogs scattered toys and neatly stack them in her toy basket.- They clean my computer cases glass and my monitor screens which I really appreciate so so much! (Ive included a video of my work at home office to show you how cozy theyve made it!!)- They neatly stacked my Olaf family this previous service which I found really funny and appreciated, haha.- They make my bed and always folds the extra blankets and leave them there. I always feel super cozy getting into bed on the days they clean my apartment.- They fold the clean towels I leave in my tub and I put them away after they leave.- They also neatly place my makeup products after theyve cleaned my bathroom counters.- This previous time they STAMPED my toilet paper which was a super small but nice touch, it felt like I was unpacking a toilet paper roll from a hotel.For what you’re paying it’s definitely worth it to have them come by once a week or even every other. I will be with them for a long time. :) Thank you so much!

We moved in from out of state and found this company to clean our home before our move in date. When we arrived, it became very apparent that our home was never cleaned. While they claimed to have cleaned our home for 3hrs on the agreed upon date, there were spider webs, hair in the shower and toilet, dirty floors that turned the soles of our feet black, baseboards not cleaned, blinds not cleaned, you get the point. When we called them to let them know of the subpar service since clearly no cleaning had been done, they didn’t believe us, asked if we had been there to watch them clean, and said that no refunds or additional cleaning would be provided. Avoid this company if you want your home professionally cleaned. You will overpay for little to no service.

This company will not respond to complaints and blocks you when you give them a poor review/leave bad reviews on social media. Buyer be warned. Didn’t clean the home at all and was still charged full price.

I was in a panic to get my house cleaned before I moved and I called Reyes Cleaning and they saved me. They were so responsive and willing to work with me in a house that was practically empty. I had a neighbor unlock the door and left Maria C and Jose V to do their thing. I came back the place was spotless. Not to diminish my own housekeeping abilities, but they cleaned a years worth of food from the oven, the refrigerator. Just exceeded every expectation. I already called Reyes Cleaning to schedule a permanent biweekly clean at my new house. Thank you again!

Extremely poor communication. Very unprofessional. They never came at the time they were supposed to. I had to call them multiple times and give them my number multiple times. The cleaning was mediocre. They only had two cleaners and then the deep clean was not finished on time and I had to pay extra for it. The ladys that cleaned my house did their best and worked non stop so I think the problem is within the company itself. I would definitely NOT recommend this cleaning business.

We had an appointment with these people at the beginning this week and they said they didn’t have anyone to clean for us. We made a new appointment and come appointment time they said we weren’t on their schedule and have no one to help us. It took them hours to respond with this new information. I’ve been trying to call them to rebook but no one is even answering the phone.

They did not come on time and went to wrong address and they don’t have my number to call and ask for the correct route. They did not clean few places and they charged me extra. I don’t recommend them.

This company is a sham. I received a text message from Jackie stating that my house was about to be finished for a move out cleaning so I should go check on the work. I live 30 minutes away from the house and she knew that. I showed up to the house being cleaned and the 2 maids had spent 5 hours cleaning only the second story of the house. They told me they needed 2 hours and 30 minutes more and to come back at 9:30pm. I asked them multiple times if I would be receiving a text message 30 minutes prior so I can come check their work and lock the doors, and they confirmed that Jackie would text me. I asked them for their phone numbers as well but they would not give them to me. Not only did I waste a hour driving there, I drive there again and arrive at 9:15pm. I had not received any text messages like promised about when to arrive. I called Jackie and texted her multiple times between 8pm and 9pm, but did not receive any responses. So I show up at the house at 9:15pm, and the maids had left with both the front door and back door unlocked. On top of that, the house was NOT cleaned. I reached out to Jackie that night with photos of the mess, and I did not get a response. I call her the next day, and she offered me $25 off my NEXT cleaning with them. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Not only did they charge me an additional $120 for the 2 hours they said they needed to finish up but now they wanted me to pay them more to come fix what they did NOT CLEAN THE FIRST TIME? Trust me, you do NOT want to hire this company. They basically took longer than needed to clean (probably on purpose), charged me an extra 2 hours to clean the rest of the house, did not even clean properly (toothpaste stains all over the bathroom counters, hair all over the counters and floors, closet shelves had dirt and hair), left with the house completely unlocked and without any warning, and then their customer service response is for me to pay them more money to fix what they didnt clean?? Ive attached some photos of what they left dirty, but there are a ton more.

Hello, Ms. Lupe V was amazing. I didn’t ask for dish washing prior, and she was gracious enough to take care of it, and she cleaned the heck out of my stove, I cook every day, and it was time to get it cleaned!! I have signed up for monthly service as a result!!

Just bought home and the sellers provided us the Move-In Cleaning service through Reyes Cleaning. All we had to do was schedule. We scheduled for a couple of days after our closing. Maria and Nadia were the delightful pair that I met for the service. I left them alone and came back at the time they estimated they would finish. Right on time, they were finishing up the last details. It was an incredible cleaning job and we could not have been more pleased. I am doing some construction in the home now, but rest assured I will use them again once we get settled in after the remodel.

Terrible customer service, theyll make a promise to call you and leave you high and drywhen you call them they remind youwere not talking to live person, this after the fact that theytell Tammy is not in right now yourenot dealing with a humans.Very misleading. Terrible cost saving business model.. Stay away!! Thats how we get customer justice!

BEWARE. The cleaning was mediocre, the business was terrible. They send you a verification text with expected time they will arrive to clean. Cleaners showed up 2 hours before and notified me 15min before arrival. I was not home at the time (expecting them 2 hours later) so I had to call the company and give them the garage code to get it. Had I not done this, they would have cancelled my appointment and charged my card $50 lock out fee because they chose to show up early without proper notification. Fees are not set- also beware. I paid for a 2.5 hour deep clean with 2 cleaners on a small 1300 sq ft home. Mind you, the house was completely empty. No furniture, no mess, no tenants. The cleaners obviously took their time since we weren’t home to supervise and went over the 2.5 hr mark by 30min. THEY CHARGE EXTRA PER MINUTE. Of course they took their time, they’re getting maid by the hour! Absolutely ridiculous given the size of the home. I would not recommend to anybody, especially those with a larger home. God forbid you have a two story they would be there all day. When I brought these concerns up to the office, Jackie acknowledged the error and simply said “sorry for the miscommunication” without offering any solution. That’s how she left it. Just a “sorry”. Such a sketchy business. Will not be using ever again nor recommending to anyone else.

Their cleaning crew took $20 from my daughter’s wallet. It was her tooth fairy money. We have asked them to refund the $20 that was taken with no response. This is unacceptable. We just want what was taken returned.

I recently used these for move in cleaning. Home was empty and already almost clean as previous occupants had done good job. I needed cleaning inside cabinets, nooks and crannies, hard to reach ceiling fans, etc.I got a decent quote and they come up as google approved, so went ahead with them.Pros:1. One of the cleaners spoke English and did decent job.2. Website booking/ messaging with cleaners whereabouts works well.Cons:1. Neither cleaner was using gloves. They didnt even seem to have it in their supplies.2. Due to covid-19 situation, I wasnt constantly monitoring them. They took 4 hrs 20 minutes to clean already clean home and yet didnt really clean the areas I asked them to!3. While booking I was told am booking afternoon slot which guarantees no arrival before noon. But I got a text saying they would be there sometime between 11 AM and 2 PM! I first thought that was how long the cleaning would go, but no - it was estimated arrival window! How can you call 3 hr timeframe as arrival window? They ultimately showed up at 1:40 PM. I rushed to reach by 11 instead of 12, and ended up waiting for 2 hr 40 ... Grr.4. The non English speaking lady seemed to be on phone whenever I was checking. She did a very sloppy job. Fridge had dirt and food crumbs everywhere, smudges on all appliances. Drawers still had loose dirt, stains, etc. Bathroom that was clean prior to their arrival, was littered with hair.5. Shower still had soap scum, leftover things in bathroom cabinets.6. I called up to provide feedback and also had questions, they give me standard reply - thats why we ask for walkthrough, we dont come back, etc. With social distancing going on, how the he** am I supposed to keep monitoring them? I still did a walkthrough after couple hours and asked them to fix a few things. The areas that still werent clean, I couldnt check. Once the finished cleaning, I was doing walkthrough and found the ladies had already packed everything except 1 washcloth. What were they going to do with that to redo certain areas?7. Time estimate is off as well or the cleaners were deliberately slow.8. They probably dont change duster after each home. Because some cabinets had hair in them after cleaning..9. Although almost all cleaning supplies have been back on shelf for couple months now, they seemed to be cleaning with basic cleaning solution.So instead of smelling wonderful, my bath and fridge smell of bleach.Pathetic people. Never calling them again.

Miracle workers.We were in a bind and needed last minute help with a move out. We called around to the larger services to no avail.Luckily, we found Reyes Cleaning! They were able to send us a crew and their price was very competitive.Heres the best part: When Maria and Berenice arrived, we were so disorganized! Stuff was still everywhere. They looked around and got to work. We had them for 2 1/2 hours and I thought there was no way theyd get it done before they left.They did.And by the time they left, the place was looking immaculate. They worked around us while we moved boxes and clothes and various whatnots. They took their time and were professional and very thorough.We were so appreciative of their patience with us, we parted ways with a hug.Call them, you wont be disappointed. Highly recommended!

This company does not offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. Look for a service that does which apparently is every other cleaning service in DFW. I was a bi weekly customer for quite some time. The cleanings for the most part were good. It’s a different team every time though so it’s inconsistent. I also am not a fan of having that many different people through my house but I am a creature of habit so I kept the service. This last clean was horrific. They came for an hour then the ladies sat in their car for the other hour. They did not dust any surfaces or TVs/tv bases, did not wipe the counter top, did not wipe down the refrigerator, did not wipe the blinds or window sills or clean the floors good (spots and all the corners still dirty), did not clean the rugs, and the service never moves the counter top appliances to clean behind them. When I wrote in with tons of pictures and how unhappy I was they did not respond. I had to call twice and they finally responded saying they would talk to the cleaners. I asked what they would do about the cost since I only received half a cleaning and they responded they would take $15 off the next service. $15 off $120 service (plus I tip $20) every time. Terrible customer service. Go with a company that guarantees their work and values their customers. Happy to send pics to anyone who’d like to see.

I am very impressed with both the customer service and the quality of services. We needed an urgent appointment during the Christmas rush due to a sudden move-out of our apartment and they put us on the schedule and made sure we were a priority. The first time I used this service the ladies did an amazing job. Nothing was wrong. We had to wait several months because of covid 19 to use the services again but went ahead and paid the $250 deep cleaning fee. The cleaners were over a hour and a half late, WITH NO PHONE CALL or any type of communication with me about what was going on or where they were. The clean was overall terrible. Not one ceiling fan was touched,half my windows and mirrors werent touched, nothing was moved on counters to clean behind, they left stuff all over my hardwood floors and instead of vacuuming it up, they pushed it onto my carpet by hitting it with a rag. I asked for something to be done about this experience and was offered $25 off my next cleaning if I used them two weeks from now. I was also accused of using drugs while they cleaners were here which is completely untrue. Just extremely disappointed because I was ready to use this service after my first clean but will definitely not be giving them hundreds of my dollars anymore.

I’ve used Reyes Cleaning for roughly 3 months now and I must say they are LIFE SAVERS for my home. I am a new mom with a new baby boy and two older stepsons who know how to quickly make a dirty home. While I’ve been exhausted and unable to fully tend to my home they have helped me immensely. I never felt inclined to actually write a review until today when i had Josefina & Jessica deep clean my home. My home smells absolutely delightful and is sparkling clean. I am so impressed. I never want anyone else cleaning my house!

HORRIBLE experience! Would not recommend them at all. I paid for a deep clean ($170). They failed to clean the general things. Dusting was NOT thorough or detailed. A lot of places and areas of my apartment went untouched. Do NOT believe the top-to-bottom, trim-to-baseboard clean that will get into every corner! Complete waste of money. Might as well only request for a general cleaning. Nothing is above and beyond. There were 2 workers (1 was training I assumed because she barely knew what to do). I even notified to office who still failed to even try to accommodate or ask any questions.

We are so happy we picked Reyes Cleaning. Lourdes and Lilian was our cleaning ladies. When they were finished, it sparkled . We had the Deep Cleaning and they finished just a little under three hours. I would highly recommend them as I know we will use them again, soon.

I signed up for a Deep Clean ... cost over $ 400 for a 4 bedroom 4 bath home. Broke my wifes ceramic soap dispenser and so far have not volunteered to pay for it. Job was rushed and not thorough ... particularly the floors and master shower ... so the value isnt there. Wont use them anymore.

We got the $190.00 deep clean wanting to have a spring clean type of thing before our second baby came and we expected much more than we should have. We thought it would be a thorough deep clean but it was not. They did not clean our dining room chairs or bar stools. The windows on the front door were not done, and they didn’t clean under any couches. The cleaners were friendly and on time (but didn’t speak any English) and overall they did okay we just expected it to be a much deeper clean than it was.

I requested for the Deep Cleaning services provided by Reyes Cleaning and was extremely happy with the services provided. The crew that was sent to my place, Jessica and Hector were very professional and did an amazing job with the house. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using their services again.

NEGATIVE STARS. 3 1/2 hours late to our appointment. Mom wanting a deep clean before the holiday season. Subpar cleaning service. Did not mop house & had to clean after they left. Family had to eat in room (with a toddler & 11 month old) because services were STILL being done during dinner time WHEN THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMPLETED BEFORE 5PM. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Victor did not care and said the services were provided so I am not understanding why you are upset. SERVICES WERE PROVIDED 3 1/2 HOURS LATE ON A FRIDAY NIGHT. NEVER using this company again.

They both did such an amazing job with deep cleaning our house. Jessica and Claudia were terrific.

I had great intentions to move my family and clean my house myself and quickly realized that there was no way I was going to get everything done in time so I literally called a few days before I needed the house to be done and asked for a full move out clean to be done late on a Friday afternoon. And it is important to note I had been calling around and no one could get it done on a Friday afternoon with such short notice except Reyes! When they came by to clean we were gone taking the last load (before going to the storage unit!) and by the time we got back we had very little time before we had to hand the keys over and I can say I was so happy and relieved to walk in and see the house looked perfect! And I know what they started with!! I didnt get to thank them personally but they took a huge load off my shoulders and did an amazing job - thank you for truly putting in effort to make sure my house was going to be a welcoming home for the new owners!! :)

The charges are phenomenal but service is absolutely ordinary. The basis carpet vacuuming was also not done well. They are only concern is to leave the house in 2 hours. Not at all worth the money spent.
