Terrible company! I’ve been billed THREE times for a doctor visit I already paid for. Medsynergies has now threatened to send my bill to a collection agency EVEN AFTER I did as they requested, TWICE, and sent them copies of my cleared check showing I paid and that the check had been deposited into their account. Medsynergies is unprofessional, irresponsible and incompetent. Now I’m turning to legal counsel to resolve something that they should have corrected several months ago. I would recommend that if your doctor’s office is using Medsynergies you consider finding another physician that has a reputable billing company.

Horrible place to work! Management ONLY cares about selling a contract, nothing else! They work hard to ignore sexual harassment, violence in the workplace, incompetent/lazy employees, giving help to employees with medical issues, etc...The HR department is just as corrupt as the executive level is! They had a mass firing of all the COMPETENT employees a few years ago and kept all the lazy brown-nosers, who do nothing but PRETEND to work all day long and screw up everything they touch.They have lost SO many clients because of this, and they claim everything is done in house inside the United States, but most of the work is done in India.

TERRIBLE customer service for patients. Had to call twice to get refund that was due to me... Having worked in healthcare billing and insurance for 7+ years, I find the practice that MedSynergies does of keeping patient credit balances until contacted, the same as STEALING from patients. As soon as an account has a credit balance, MedSynergies should identify if the refund should go to the patient or insurance company and a check should be cut within 7 days...not the 7 months Ive had to wait...
