Unprofessional work environment.Inadequate management practices.Horrendous work/life balance.Constantly micromanaged.I can’t believe I left my previous job to come work here…Don’t believe what the recruiters tell you.

Worked here for less than a year and Im so glad I left. Ive worked for 5 different organizations in my career and Ive never seen anything like Gartner before. This is the most TOXIC work environment you could possibly be in. You will constantly be micromanaged and unhappy. Stay far away from this place! There are much better opportunities elsewhere.

Horrible place to work. Management has no idea what they’re doing - they’re supposed to be a leading research and best practice firm but don’t implement their own work into the company.
