Made an appointment with the guy I talked to on the phone and told him I will be there in 10 minutes and gave him my name and i left work and I got there in exactly 10 minutes and one of the ladies told me he left and she did not know anything about the appointment. So i left.I don’t respect any kind of business that does not respect customers time.Don’t really remember the name but I think his name was Ernest or something.The owner should really look into stuff like that and I would never recommend this place to no one.And that was last Wednesday around 2 pm or so

They treat you like family and if you dont like your haircut they wont charge you but they do such good work

I been coming here since i moved to irving and my son would always come out happy but my last visit its been terrible... i told the guy Ernesto the hair cut my son was wasking as the last time i brought him and i even gave him the number on the little boys frame and he ended up shaving his head... im f**** pist really cant do ur job right! my son was crying to tears after his mistake even told me to take him somewhere else! really rude and yes damn right im not bringing him back here, its money yal loose!

At first if I was going to cut my hair there but for a while paca they started to charge more for the haircut they cut the hair well until that if especially kris but now from charging $ 12 step to charge $ 15 and now you have $ 25 and you have What to be like a day before you are going to cut your hair but all that is fine, what I did not like anymore was that this guy Kris was already very arrogant, apart from charging dearly, I was a client of that place but now I no longer

I like this barber shop very much because they grab you the time you wait for your haircut and they treat you well and they are very good at doing their job and it is a family business.
