The actual thing to emphasize here is Tracy. She’s absolutely the go-to person when you need a haircut that is perfect. She’s actually the manager a various locations but check the Bedford Supercuts and the Las Colinas Supercuts to find her. You will never regret this.

My husband got a haircut and specifically told the hair stylist to cut the top of his hair with scissors and the sides with a number 2blade and she made him BALD!!!! Worst part of it was that she did not apologize in any way, she kept saying he described it wrong and at the end of the day we still had to give her a tip.I’m not saying the whole place needs to be seen negatively but they do need to find more trained personnel, and if you do visit make sure that they know exactly what you want done.

Online Check-In is literally a joke. Doesnt matter if you have an appointment or not, you will still end up waiting for an hour or so. And when its your turn, they rush you and do a messy job on your hair. Bad location for a reputed brand name.

Kat was so informative and was extremely sweet the entire time I was there. She answered any questions I had and took her time. I didnt feel like I was rushed out of the chair and felt welcomed here.Also, my hair looks absolutely AMAZING!! I have struggled with what to do with my hair recently and Kat gave some great suggestions. She help guide me to my perfect cut and executed it perfectly as well! Went in today for a tea tree shampoo and trim, first time here my Stylist was Kat. Very friendly & Quick process which is good considering she gave me what I was looking for; didnt cut too short than what I wanted - she was communicative and asking me lots of questions like how I part my hair line so she could be exact. Young but licensed and experience was good. Thank you!

To be honest the haircut was not worth the trip at all. Had to cut some hair myself when I got home. Asked for a medium cut got a short. And the 1 star so that I can avoid this place in the future.

I don’t know in what land a 4 on top and 1 on the sides means a buzz cut but apparently it does. I’ve been to several barbershops saying this and having no problem. Be Explicit about what you want, terrible experience. Will not go back again

My first time here for a mid fade and I am really upset with the quality of service. For $19 I would expect a decent haircut because everyone else is around $15. Imagine my disappointment when I see that its a $10 worth haircut. She didnt even fade it in, I have lines with bold spots here and there. Then she doesnt bother to ask me how i feel about the haircut. I feel that when you provide a service you should request some feedback. But never again. super cuts youre CUT OFF!

Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere. For a place that claims to be “child friendly” it definitely lacks that. I was expected to pay full price for a half done haircut for my son. Thankfully the one of the hairdressers (Pam I believe) was able to “correct” what the first hairdresser didn’t do right the first time. Even then my son’s haircut is a major disappointment. Take your child to a different place to avoid a headache.

I saw Tiffanie. She gave a decent haircut and was friendly. Ask for her if you go.This place charges way more than what it is worth. If this was a nicer setting, I could understand the price. Unfortunately it is in the lower end part of Irving and there is nothing memorable about it.Nothing memorable isnt entirely true. A possibly drunk but definitely very rude customer came in and demanded instant service at very high volume. Rather than remove her from the premise and do something to make civil customers more at ease, the employee let her continue her entitled rant and assured her that she would fit her in immediately. The company reinforced the negative behavior and likely guaranteed a repeat of her performance in a few weeks.

I have been going to this Supercuts location and have had Pam cut my hair now for over 20 years. It is always a great and consistent experience each and every time. And even when Pam has not been available at times when I have been in for a cut, I have still had great experiences with other stylists like Monica and Kat. If you are looking for a new place to be your home for haircuts, this is the one!

Staff was friendly, parking was easy, price was a bit high for a chain store, hair cut was mediocre. Im not saying it was bad but they werent thorough with the blend where the shorter hair fades into the longer hair. The building is in a large plaza and parking should be easy long as you arent going during rush hours. The building is pretty easy to see from the main road. When exiting the parking lot you cant turn left unless you drive to the opposite end where theres a stop light.

First timer.From out of town and needed a haircut for my son. You never know what/who you will get when you go somewhere new for a haircut.The lady that cut my son’s hair was polite and very knowledgable about hair. I would definitely go back to this store.It’s kind of hard to see by the road.

One of my family members had taken my son to get his hair cut, and I must say the service was horrible. He wanted a fade, but the fade was uneven, no edge up. When I had taken him back, I asked about the refund policy, the lady KAT said they don’t offer refunds they just fix it. When she went to fix it, it just made it worse. His hair is STILL uneven, and STILL no edge up. I just told her to stop, and I will speak to a manger. And all of this for a $16.00 dollar hair cut. I wouldn’t recommend this to no one. Especially if your African American. Stay away.

If I could do zero stars I’d but google won’t allow it.I had a horrible experience I asked for a bob haircut with an angle and showed pictures to “Ira” who said she understood what I wanted but she ended up leaving the front part of my hair shorter than the back, she ask for help with the haircut to “Cat” who couldn’t fixed it she wanted to cut my hair even shorter. So asked to see the Manager who wasn’t in the store so I have to deal with this two girls about the bad haircut that they gave me.What a disappointment that Supercuts don’t have people that actually know how to do haircuts, I contacted customer service who told me that the owner of the store would contact me in the next 24 hours but I haven’t heard from he/she. NEVER COMING BACK. Don’t go here or any other super cuts and I’ll make sure all my friends know about my bad experience.

Been here couple of months and needed a trim. Refered by a co-worker and it was great. Whole experience was fast and friendly with great service at a fair price of $18 for a cut, cannot complain, will continue to return.

As soon as I went in I was greeted; however, it all went down hill as soon as this lady began cutting my hair. I did have damaged ends so I asked to cut it off one single layer. I thought the haircut went great UNTIL I got home my hair started drying and I realized this lady had MESSED UP my hair! It was not a straight line whatsoever. Very disappointed 👎🏻👎🏻

So me & my girlfriend go in 6/2, having had a bad experience @ another salon.My girls cut was nearly as quick as mine & they failed to trim the back as she had instructed. The cut I get is a 3. All over. But Monica, after she buzzed my head could hardly be bothered to:1. Cut my sideburns, which she didnt2. Ask for the style of cut I wanted in the back, block or tapered, but she didnt, her philosophy: its my life, but she will do with it what she wants.3. Didnt bother to show me the cut, ya know mirror verification.4. What hot towel???5. $34.00 For what? - a review - lol, what a deal......

My better half and I have been going to Supercuts Irving accross from Mall since 1997 and always request Pam, does a great job and is friendly. All of the others are as well, very professional place. Prices keep going up, but I guess like the raises we get every year so, I shouldnt complain. I am very picky, very opinionated and will throw out how I feel if I dont like it, and I have to say I have never had an issue! Thank you Pam and the rest of the team.

My husband and son got their hair cut here last night. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because my sons haircut turned out pretty good. My husbands hair was cut uneven, the girl that did his hair didnt fade the sides and the back into the top, she used clippers and there were areas that were longer/shorter when the same size clipper was used. His hair looked horrible and we had to fix it when we got home - we ended up cutting his hair much shorter than he wanted to even it out. I usually cut my husbands hair but thought that a trained hairstylist would do a better job, obviously not. A different lady cut my sons hair and she did a good job, it ended up a little shorter than he usually likes but he likes it and the cut is even and looks nice. Unfortunately the bad outweighs the good here and we will not be back, and I cannot recommend this Supercuts.

I asked the girl for a LONG bob haircut. I even showed her a picture, specifically asked her for bangs and layers. She cut my hair very short, didnt even add layers and was already getting me off the chair before she did my bangs . When I told her how upset I was at how short she cut my hair she said she though the way she was cutting it looked better!!! Didnt even say sorry. Charged me full price. I almost wanted to cry! You dont mess with peoples hair like that.

Clean store and prompt service. However, the girl who gave my husband a haircut didnt know what she was doing. When she asked what length for the back, we replied one quarter. She paused for a bit, then said one quarter is the same as one fourth?. She then proceeded to cut the back using the 1/8 size...and said if he wanted it shorter, she could go down to 1/4. Umm..too late.

Poor customer service if you are female, requesting color or highlights. All they care about is tips and commission, meaning color takes up too much of their time. They can cycle men through much quicker. Both color stylists act put out.Had an extremly bad visit this past Sunday where the stylist burned my scalp with a dryer. The cut was done prior to color, so the stylist had to dry my hair. After wash, since I didnt want her to style my hair, I had to dry my own hair with a towl. Yet, she still tried to sell me on product. Left with sopping wet hair, and dye stains all over my face. Never going back, worst service ever.

I have been to many places to get a hair cut and get it dyed yet nobody understood how i wanted it even with a picture, and then I found this place, it has a great atmosphere and and everybody is nice and profesional, especially Kat she is the one who did my hair and she is amazing at it, she trully has a gift for what she does, if you need something done to your hair and want it done the right way I suggest you ask for her, dont be fooled by her age she is better that some people that have been doing the job for years, trust me i know. My husband and I will always go to her from now on we will even take our kids to get their hair cut by her only.

The regular stylist are great but they hire new girls that are terrible. Been getting haircut here for years and I usually give new stylist a chance but never again. She didnt know a Faux hawk from a Mohawk. Had to completely cut my hair all off afterwards since I cant show up to work with a Mohawk. Time to find a new place for a haircut.My advice: request the long time stylist or you might end up regretting it.Never coming to this place again. As much as I like getting cut from Pam, this is the first time Ive ever gotten a haircut this messed up and wont give them the chance for a second. I look like someone that is fresh out from basic training.

The girl with the blonde tips in her hair did a horrible job. She didn’t finish the fade on the sides of my hair, I didn’t get an edge up, and she cut off curls in the back of my head I’d been growing out for 2 years and decided not to tell me. The worst part is she never showed me the back of my head. I had to look myself once big pieces of hair started coming off in my hands. My haircut should have been free

They are very friendly, but they always keep messing up my fade by raising my hairline by too much on the sides. The last time I went my hair looked like a toothbrush and I was embarrassed to go to work.
